Even as a child, growing up in a small town in Southwest Kansas, Larry Ellsaesser discovered a passion for the building industry, completing his first major project at the age of 15, in his parent’s back yard. It was a 14 x 14 Shed-roof-style Horse Stable, complete with two stalls, saddle rack, and feed storage bins. Unfortunately, the horses had to go in order to complete his college degree, and the building was sold to a local rancher for the grand sum of $75.00. (And his parents got their yard back!) Fast forward 40 years and we find Larry still designing and building custom projects for caring customers who are more than happy to enjoy the benefits of his seasoned knowledge, skills, and experience. Today, his three sons are actively involved in the family trade, having worked side-by-side with their dad, learning the same skills of fine craftsmanship.
