Consumer beware of deceptive 120% Pice Match Policy advertisement. I purchased a light fixture that a few days found less expensive by 2 different vendors. I submitted my request twice nd both were denied - first one because they claim it wasn’t the same item when it clearly is based on color, dimensions and photos! The second time I submitted a different vendor but request was denied because item was on sale…what? I’m puzzled!! Wasn’t that the purpose? How else is it going to be offered at lower price? Their lower price match is a deceptive advertisement! Needless to say, it is the first and last time I will purchase anything from Lamps Plus and lucky for me there are many other lighting vendors!

The beautiful lamp lasted less than 2 years. The floor person told us the led would last 10 years….some high # of hours. Now the bulbs are not working and they told us too bad……the item is discontinued and we are out of luck.

My husband and I went to home depot to look for a ceiling fan, but couldn't agree on one after looking at the ones they had showing. Lamps Plus mentioned they sell them online, but we decided to visit the store nearby to see what they had. We were pleasantly surprised what they had on display, as they have an assortment hung up on their ceiling. The staff was helpful, so we ended up leaving with a ceiling fan (on sale) and a floor lamp for our bedroom. As far as the project goes, it turns out we had the necessary junction/support beams there already so my husband was able to install without much fuss.

Purchased online a fan, the total order was $287.79 which shows as pending on my amex.
I look at my credit card transactions and they charged an additional $244.35 and today there was another charge for $217.20. After some research online I started to see a trend that this sort of billing happened to multiple people as well as deliveries by fed ex being lost. Sent an email tonight and let's see where it goes but this is not proper business practice.

I am a long term repeat customer with Lamps Plus, have ordered thousands of dollars worth of lighting fixtures. I have been extremely happy until I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with their customer service.
Fedex lost an expensive ceiling fan (approximately 3 months ago.) I quickly reached out to FedEx and they admitted fault, they recommended I reach out to Lampsplus for a refund.
Lampsplus disregarded the claim number FedEx had provided me and insisted they perform a personal "tracer" investigation. After almost 2 months they came back saying they would need additional time to process the claim and provide a refund. The customer service representatives were always hit or miss, some would be somewhat helpful and some were flat out rude. I would have to hound them to continue to move forward with the process of getting a replacement or refund. They would never proceed to the next step unless I called them.
When they were on the final step and about to process my refund they sent a final email stating they would not proceed with issuing a refund. After three (3) whole months that's your solution? After FedEx admitted fault on their end but you refused to take my claim number? I could have filed a claim with my bank immediately and the issue would have been resolved much quicker.
You lost a good customer Lamps Plus, I love your its but your poor excuse of customer service is your downfall. I will be seeking alternative vendors for my home lighting/decor.

Purchased a bathroom fixture from Lamps Plus and had nothing but problems from day one. Only one of the three bulbs works and all they can say is put new bulbs in..NOT the bulbs the fixture is junk.$210 down the drain. Buyer be ware not the most reputable company to work with....

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a lamp the delivery was prompt, but when I received my product it was not useful because the screws were worn out causing the lamp to not stand up without falling. Also, the finish on the base looks worn out where you screw the lamp together at. I am assuming they they gave me a used/returned item. I have been calling customer service for a week straight, noone will answer or call me back. What a waste of money. Very Disappointed!

The WORST warranty I've ever encountered as a contractor. They do not live up to their claim in any way. I spoke to Christine in their corporate headquarters who told me despite what it says on their website, I would have to PAY for a new unit that would be refunded.

I would never buy lights from them again, as some already rusted and I tried to get a replacement glove cover for these possini ceiling lights and they said they don't have them anymore and were bought late 2017.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience the evening of December 10, 2019 shopping at Lamps Plus on Morena Blvd. in San Diego. Their Lighting Consultant Desiree Klareich was knowledgeable and friendly and spent extra time looking thorough Lamps Plus data base to get us the exact fixture we needed to meet our special needs.
Our shopping at Lamps Plus was an out-of-the-ordinary experience. Both fun and productive. We got our perfect ceiling lamp!

BUYER BEWARE. Despite advertising that something was real wood and that returns were free on this item, we were hit with an $80 bill to return 2 mirrors that were NOT real wood and had some sort of plastic like coating on them.

I purchased a $300 fountain with 2 led lights and a year later the led's were out. You cannot replace them. Lamps plus confirmed you cannot replace them and I would have to order another fountain to fix. Really?? They DON'T stand behind their products at all and won't do anything. That was my last Lamo Plus purchase
