Brought Rudy, his brother Jimmy, and their team in for a major repair--hardwood, carpeting, ceilings, walls-- after a flood. They care about the quality of their work (stellar) and take the time to make the repairs as easy on the homeowner as they can. I could count on a solid clean up at the end of every day, so I was able to stay in the house for the majority of the rather extensive repairs. These guys are my contractors for live. Highly recommend!

We recently had our staircase refinished and we are extremely happy with how it turned out. It made our 54-year-old staircase look like a brand-new beautiful staircase! The process from start to finish was done very professionally. Rudy came out to look at what we wanted to do. He was super nice and exceptionally knowledgeable about what wood we had, how to match the refinished color of the stairs to the color of our new floors, suggestions on ways to make it look its best, and what needed to be done to make that happen. The team that came out to do the work was very friendly, respectful, and professional in all that they did. They surrounded everything and protected our floors and banister really well. Almost no dust, which was great! They always cleaned up at the end of the day. We would highly recommend Rudy and this company and would hire them again for other projects in the future.

Kustom Floors miraculously eliminated creaks in certain spots in my hardwood floors that have been an annoyance for years. Rudy provided me with an estimate on the spot, completed the work in one day, and left my house spotless. I was impressed with not only his expertise, but his professionalism. Highly recommend.

I got quotes from many different places to patch a small section of hardwood floor that had been water damaged and ripped up. I was so impressed with the owner Rudy's obvious knowledge that even though Kustom Floors was more expensive than a lot of the quotes, I went with them, and boy am I glad I did. They are perfectionists! It took George 5 days to patch this small section of floor, but unless you're looking very closely, you'd never know it--George and Rudy were painstaking in making sure the stain was as close a match as possible, even though I kept saying it didn't matter that much, because most of the patch will be covered up. They were great about cleaning up after themselves, too. I would highly recommend them for any hardwood flooring needs.

I hired Kustom Floors to stairs and railings, paint risers, balusters and sides, and replace some floor boards for a flush fit. The team from Kustom Floors did superb work. Staff were 100% responsive to all my requests, punctual every day, always courteous, and 100% conscientious in their work and dealings with me. They were a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and now plan to hire them to refinish my kitchen.

I have nothing to add to all of the 5 star reviews of Kustom Floors. Rudy and team created a beautiful final product that in addition resolved any issues of the previous floors squeaking on walked on. Rudy is very knowledgeable about his craft and was particularly helpful and knowledgable with choosing the stains and finishes. This included providing various samples to narrow done the my final decision. I highly recommend Kustom Floors.

Rudy & the Kustom Floors crew did a fantastic job resurfacing my concrete subfloor and installing new sleepers and laminate flooring in my water damaged condo. They were responsive, punctual and thorough. Rudy explained the process, the strategy/plans to repair the concrete to create a level subfloor for proper installation. Having dealt with a dishonest and unprofessional water clean-up company, it was refreshing to deal with contractors that said what they were going to do- did it, showed up when they said they would, and complete it as promised on time. Would Highly recommend.

We needed just a section of our existing floor replaced after water damage. I was worried about getting it to match and fit nicely, but Rudy and George did a fantastic job. Easy to work with and it literally looks good as new, you'd never know there was a giant mess there before. They were reasonably priced, prompt, easy to work with, cleaned up perfectly each day, and I'm very happy with the result.

Rudy and his team were great. When another company couldn't get our re-finishing job done in time, Rudy came out on a Saturday morning to do an estimate and had his team at our house that Monday. In addition to working on a short turnaround, the quality of the work was top notch and has really improved the character of the whole house. We'd highly recommend Kustom Floors to anyone.

We chose Kustom Floors to refinish our parquet, redo our staircase, and lay LVP on the lower level. I am a first time homeowner and had no idea what I was doing. I received several quotes from other companies and I picked Kustom Floors because of referrals from someone else in my community, their photos of previous work, and it was clear how passionate and knowledgable Rudy (the owner) was about the work. He was so patient and helpful with us, and I probably would have made some choices I would have regretted had he not taken the time to work with me. They did an amazing job refinishing our original parquet to a beautiful stain, and, after replacing our pine stair treads with oak, stained them to the same shade. Rudy also helped us pick out an LVP brand we had not heard of (Impressions) that modernized our lower level and is easy to care for. Besides doing great work, Rudy and Jimmy also were done on time before we moved in. We get so many compliments on their work, and we've already hired them again and plan to do so in the future. They truly deserve their five star rating!
