KS Audio Video

I hired KS for a multi-room AV project at my house that had to be performed in multiple phases. My experience with KS on this project was nothing short of stellar in all aspects from the initial site visit and proposal through installation, walk through and post-sale support. Ed, the KS System Designer assigned to my project was fantastic to work with both in terms of designing the optimal configuration and layout for my budget as well as addressing ALL of my questions (and there were dozens) via email, text messages, phone calls, etc. Ed was always responsive even answering questions during off hours, which he certainly did not have to do. His expertise and guidance throughout the entire project was invaluable to me. Chris S., the KS Field Tech who was the lead on the installation and setup was just as excellent to work with as well. Chris S., Chris B. and Ryan were able to overcome whatever challenges the infrastructure of my house may have presented in order to provide an aesthetically appealing and flawless installation. Chris also spent as much time as I needed after the install was complete to make sure that I was comfortable with operating the equipment and the various features. I had a follow up technical question the next day and Chris got back to me promptly and was able to help resolve the issue over the phone. These guys ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

KS installed a distributed tv system across 8 tvs using 6 inputs via Control4. We finally have an intuitive system that works seamlessly and without constant issues (that we had with our previous system). They also installed a speaker system in our pool area with landscape and hanging speakers. We have had problems for years trying to get a speaker system there to work, and this install finally achieved it. The majority of their work was done while we were out of town and they let themselves in and out, communicating with us when they left every day so we could remotely set our alarm. They kept in touch with any questions or clarifications. They were respectful of our home and kept it clean. We had a couple bugs that Tony addressed very quickly. We had a party coming up and Tony gave me his cell phone and told me to contact him over the weekend with any issues (of which we had none). Professional, trustworthy, and do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend.

Such great professional work. Was a wonderful experience with KS. I so highly recommend them. They were awesome! Will definitely use them again.

Tony purchased, installed, and educated me on my new 50 inch Samsung HD TV that I received recently. He was pleasant, professional, and willing to travel from Lake Norman area to Harrisburg to make this a positive experience for me and my family. I think I lost the first review I wrote but these guys are so good, they deserve 2 reviews! I have some rather unique internet issues with my house so I called these folks because they were close to me. I spoke to Ed Studer who immediately said he could help but wanted to look at the situation first. Very professional. He showed up the same day he came and looked around the house and immediately devised a plan and set an install schedule. My techs were Bryan and Chris. Man, do they know their stuff. They went around looking at the setup I had and began the fix. Extremely polite and keeping me informed at every point. They were even able to explain and eliminate a glitch I had in my internet setup, even though it was not the reason for my issues. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Now here is the kicker, it was all very reasonably priced and i received a refund because it was unnecessary to do some of the work originally scheduled. These guys, Ed, Bryan and Chris are the best! Call them, you will not be disappointed.
