We came to Kristina and Ferol with a modest budget and some vague ideas about how to expand the little weekend house we had owned for nearly 40 years. They focused us, had great ideas, and really brought magic to the project. Working with our local contractor, always listening and offering solutions all along the way, they helped us build the house we’ll live in forever. I can’t praise them enough. And they worked by the hour, so we could control how much we spent on their services.

KDA designed a master bedroom & bath suite make-over for us which involved a second-story addition and change in the roofline. A key innovation of the design is the way the new addition blends so naturally into the existing house. We relied on KDA design staff for the details, color and texture of materials and selection of accessories that blend to create a stunning new space. KDA also provided guidance for the general contractor throughout all phases of construction and established a designer-builder relationship of trust and cooperation that created an excellent result. We highly recommend working with the professionals of KDA.

We worked with KDA for our home renovation project. We took an existing home and completely redesigned it to our liking. Working with KDA was a great experience. They are very professional and have fantastic ideas. We could not recommend KDA more! KDA and Ferol Barton Blake also managed our project, taking us from studs to completion.
