KR Exteriors was an amazing company to work with. Kelvin, the owner, is intimately involved in the design and construction of the deck and built a beautiful deck, with exemplary carpentry skills and detail. His crews are top notch and Kelvin was there everyday to check their quality and personally made sure that every single corner, nail, bracket etc. was perfect. They build high quality decks that turn out absolutely gorgeous. The price was extremely reasonable compared to the high quality of work that they produce - absolutely top notch and will always recommend them over other contractors that try to produce top end decks.

I chose KR Exteriors based on talking with Kelvin, the owner and general manager during the interview process. Kelvin was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and always enthusiastic. Overall, this was an ideal company for my deck replacement project because it provided an experienced, competent team large enough to easily handle its scope; but but at the same time allowed me flexibility and personal attention to detail along the way. Kelvin would frequently visit the site and was always attentive to my questions and willing to discuss possible changes, small or large. His over-riding goal was to make sure that I would be satisfied and happy with the outcome. I highly recommend KR Exteriors for anyone considering additions or improvements to their property.

I hired Kelvin and his team earlier this year to build a covered porch on the front of my house. I interviewed several contractors and immediately hit it off with Kelvin. He knew EXACTLY what I wanted, worked with my budget, and the final product is absolutely stunning. Kelvin is the type of guy you can trust and get the job done quickly and with high quality. He is absolutely obsessed with with double-checking the work of his team which I find comforting. One of my biggest challenges with contractors is having frequent communication during a job and I have to say that Kelvin and I talked every day during the project. KR Exteriors made my eyesore of a yard into a beauty living area. The patio, big stone steps and pavilion make my backyard a hit with all my family. The crew worked to make sure it was perfect for us. Everyone was helpful and pleasant and very concerned about making it all look fantastic. It was first class all the way! We are so happy with KR Exteriors!
