Kovar Contracting did a wonderful job. We are not only happy with the end result, we are happy with the way the work was performed. We, our home and our "dream kitchen" were treated with the greatest respect and integrity by Jason, Ben and Adam. They communicated transparently and regularly, arrived to work when promised, worked hard, cleaned up, clearly took pride in their work by showing attention to detail and showing up on the odd weekend to meet deadlines and showed great flexibility. We had our attic insulation upgraded to modern standards with Kovar. They provided a competitive and detailed quote, then came at the arranged time to complete the upgrade. After the attic insulation was installed, they cleaned up beautifully behind themselves. Every stage was very professional, I did not feel pressured and it was possible to schedule everything and pay online. The initial estimate also matched the final invoice which is always nice to see - no last minute hidden charges. Our job, #2023-1708 was a 5/5 success!

Windows at Brooke Valley School The 40+ year old windows at Brooke Valley School were in bad shape & needed replacement before any further damage to structure due to rot/moisture. Kovar Contracting handled procurement of new windows, removal of old and installation of new. They made several site visits beforehand to be certain of the job/windows to be ordered. They executed the demo & installation over just a few days, helping us to coordinate the work with our siding replacement that followed the window install. The windows look great and are great! We could not be happier!

I have used Kovar service several times now, to put in a new skylight, and to find and solve roof leaks (cause was ice dams). This time the ice dammind and really built up while I was away and the weather was not good.... And the roof hard to access. But they were able to get the snow and ice removed at short notice and prevent further leaks. They are always polite and easy to deal with, and clear up perfectly afterwards. The skylight they put in is quite large, and was replacing a very old even larger home made strange construction. They were the only company that I spoke to that seemed to know how to go about replacing it. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

We had a great experience working with Kovar Contracting on our house renovation. Ben and Adam did such a great job in our house. The craftsmanship is top and they were always reachable when you needed to call them for some questions. The whole invoicing was super fair and well handled. No surprises and everything as discussed in advance. We will have to do some more work next year and we will definitely work with them again. 100% recommend them!

We had a tremendous experience with the Kovar team for our new siding and gutters. We were instantly impressed by Alex’s knowledge and professional straight forward approach. Jason was fantastic to deal with and both he and Alex were always available to help. As for the job, we cannot fully express how impressive Alex and Kevin were. They were meticulous in every detail, absolute perfectionists and accommodating in every way. They worked extremely hard and the great pride they take in their work is obvious. From our first contact with Kimberley to the last day of the job, it is clear that this is a company that truly cares about their clients.

Kovar redid my townhouse roof and changed most of my sheathing too. They were great to work with, very accomodating and had a fair price. Good quality work. I would recommend them to anyone i know.
