Loft conversion. Rear extension and kitchen i

Excellent builder who performed an almost complete house renovation for me, mainly focused on a loft conversion and rear extension. Polite, professional and top quality work and the responsiveness from the lead manager - Bence - was superb. WhatsApp was used to get feedback on usually a couple of hours from Kovacs. Plenty of progress pictures received and fade to face meetings. Highly recommended.

The Kovacs team were great to work with on our project. We valued the fact they are a family run business and take pride in what they do. Their strong communication stood out in previous reviews and from our first meeting with Ben. They were always reachable and always kept us informed. Whilst the build designs remained unchanged they also provided us with a lot of flexibility to figure out some of the finishing as the build was going on. As this was our first project, strong communication and a level of flexibility was key for us. The team also have high standards for themselves and we're really happy with the quality of the final finish.

Kovacs extended my kitchen, worked on my garden and refurbished my bathroom. They were friendly and professional and I'm very pleased with the work. They dealt with any problems I had very quickly and were very responsive. I felt that I was getting a very professional service with regular updates. My neighbours even mentioned how considerate the builders were. Highly recommended.

Stunning transformation of our flat by the Kovacs. Les and Mat were great on site while Ben and Heni doing all the works in the office. Great communication, good eyes to detail and a lovely quality at the end. Would highly recommend them.

Kovacs Construction completed a full design, strip out and full renovation of our family home in Dulwich including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wood floors, timber sash windows, custom joinery works in bedrooms for built in wardrobes and much more. The kitchen got a rear extension and the loft got two new bedrooms with an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe space. The quality of works are outstanding with a great attention to details. I would not hesitate to recommend the Kovacs family to anyone.
