Dave Kopke founded the business in 1993 after noticing undesirable trends in the industry. He wanted to do home improvement the right way, always keeping customer satisfaction his #1 priority. After word got around, our growth has remained consistent, with about 40% of business each year coming from past customers. In 2013, we moved to a much larger facility to accommodate our increasing needs while expanding our radius of travel. Much of our staff are lifelong employees, and many of our clients no longer feel the need to “get 3 bids”. We are seldom the lowest bid, but as we like to say, we are “where quality and affordability come together”. Once you experience Kopke, you will never look at remodeling the same. With a diverse staff of multi-talented carpenters and designers, we are able to specialize in every aspect of home improvement, from the basement to the roof. Our motto is “Your Remodeler for Life”, as we strive to develop a 20+ year relationship with our clients. After getting three estimates to have a bathroom installed on our 2nd floor, we decided on Kopke. They weren't the cheapest, however, their honesty and forthrightness was what sold us. Kopke is a terrific company to work with and we'll definitely use them again.

Complete kitchen renovation, from ceiling to floor, from wall to wall. Customer service was exceptional, from tearout to the final placement of refrigerator. This company is great to work with. I would happily recommend them large or small projects. Great company, great people!

Dave Kopke reviewed all the work so that it was done to the highest standards. I would not hesitate to recommend Kopke Remodeling & Design to anyone. Their prices are fair, their work outstanding, and it was a pleasant experience.

I hired Kopke to remodel the upstairs of my bungalow. The project involved a complete tear out of the upstairs followed by the installation of new studs, insulation, electrical, and all new drywall. The company was professional and great to work with from the beginning estimate process to the completion of the project. I would recommend them to anyone else looking to have work completed on their home.

Replace two combination porch/ balcony structures on the back of the house. They were quite old and were rotting. Kopke did their usual professional and efficient job. This was their third major project with us. We will hire them again.
