Starting a renovation project is difficult enough, finding the right contractor to work with and trust with your project is another challenge. After meeting a few contractors and still not feeling 100%, we continued our search and we stumbled upon K-One Floors (kitchen and closets) on Houzz, from the first encounter Fatima and Gordon made everything feel calm and easy. It was an instant match and once the first rendering of our new kitchen emerged we knew we were in great hands. I highly recommend them and their wonderful crew we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again on another project. The workmanship and attention to detail is amazing. They do not skimp on structure and quality parts, Our bathroom and kitchen gut job on our 100 year old home needed some tender loving care and it was given a new life! From the joists, headers, plumbing, tile work and flooring, they know what they are doing! Don't hesitate to reach out and meet Gordon and Fatima for your next project.

We used Kitchens.& Closets for our kitchen and were so impressed we brought them back to do our bathroom. Again, they did a great job. The bathroom is small and they listened when I told them i wanted it to look airy and bright. Everything I asked for is there plus some great extras. Again, I would highly, highly recommend them. You will LOVE their work!

We first met Gordon & Fatima in the early stages of planning our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen is small and we were really clueless as to what could be done with it. We instantly liked and felt we could trust them-and we were right. Fatima presented us with a blue print to review and Gordon and his crew got to work. Knowing I have asthma, the kitchen was sealed off with a plastic door which kept in most of the dust. I am a fussy consumer, and poked my head in constantly to see what was happening and to ask a million questions. Gordon had limitless patience. We felt that he and his guys were working with us, not just for us. The result was a simply gorgeous kitchen that we love- and so do our neighbors. The work is impeccable! I would highly recommend this business to anyone considering a remodeling job. They are a great team to work with!

If you are thinking about making an upgrade, or if you’re passionate about making your house feel like a home, you should go to K-One Design Center. My wife and I just moved into a new apartment and the existing kitchen needed to be gutted. We also had very limited space to work with. Fatima and Gordon were so patient while they helped us pick out matierials and design a kitchen we could only dream of. They made everything so easy throughout the process as they went out of their way to check in with us, answer our questions, and make sure the build went smoothly. I highly recommend them and we cannot wait to use them for our next project!

Gordon, Fatima and the entire team at K-One were so amazing that I almost didn't want my project to end – they feel like family! From start to finish, the entire team was amazing: from designing our kitchens and bathrooms – and working with our strong opinions! – to helping us choose appliances and fixtures, patiently working with us as we expanded the scope of work midway through the project, to an amazing construction team – I really can't speak highly enough. I felt important and cared for throughout the entire process. K-One's communication was amazing, from start to finish. Costs were clearly explained and outlined. Issues that arose during construction were quickly and clearly communicated. I felt that I did not have to worry! We love the designs that we developed with Gordon and Fatima. We are in love with our new kitchen, bathrooms and repaired floor. The workmanship was exquisite, and their team of installation experts had an amazing eye for detail and precision: they even matched the moldings in our renovated areas to that in the rest of our 1910-era house! They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time that I used K-One for home project, and I would recommend them again and again without reservation. Thank you so much!

From planning through execution, Gordon, Fatima and their team performed beyond expectations. We could tell we were in the hands of professionals who truly cared about the quality of their work. The project took place in the middle of the pandemic and the team rose to the challenge, finishing the project while making sure both we are owners and our neighbors were safe and secure.
