Kimberly has a very good sense of colors and style while respecting the nature of our home and our tastes. We have retained her again for our next project. Kimberly respected our budget and time line.

Kim recently completed our youth room renovation, taking a tired old classroom and creating an eye catching multimedia enhanced meeting center. Kim’s bold selection of color palette coupled with the new furniture and artwork really clicked with our young people proving that Kim understood the vision for the space and it’s end users. January 29, 2015 I had the pleasure recently of working with Real Estate Stager Kim Oeggerli during the preparation of two homes for sale in the Ottawa area. The level of professionalism that Kim and her Team brought to the whole process was really amazing. She was able to do an initial walk-through of the properties both outside and inside, present a comprehensive plan with different options according to the sellers’ budget and coordinate her Team for into action in a flash. The two properties were quite different in relation to what there was to work with as well as their size. They were both owner-occupied and Kim worked with the furniture and accessories at hand, showing a great sense of style and improvisation from room to room.
