I highly recommend Tania Perez if you are remodeling or building a new home. After living in my builder grade starter home for 20 years, I contacted Tania for my kitchen remodel. She gave me a functional kitchen with a high end design appearance & I couldn’t be more pleased. She’s very professional & so easy to work with. I love working with Tania! I’m building a custom home and brought her in before I even hired the architect. She took the time to really walk through, room by room, of how I wanted to use the space, how I live day to day, things that I like, things that I don’t. She was just really thorough in getting to know how my family and I live in our current home and what works and what doesn’t before starting to even design. After she came up with the preliminary interior layout, she, my new architect and I sat down, went over everything and he ended up coming up with an exterior that was just incredible that worked with what we wanted! My architect is finishing all the detailed plans and we’ll be going through permitting soon. Tania is now helping me select all the finishes for the interior and exterior and we’re going through that process now. I have to say, that so far, this has been one of the easiest and funnest experiences I’ve had building or remodeling a home. Tania knows what she’s doing, is extremely organized and thorough and has been a joy to work with. Can’t wait to see how it all turns out!

This review is long overdue! I hired Tania a year ago to help me with a complete beach house remodel. This was a dream project for our family and I in particular had a certain vision that Tania realized for us (we are the Oxnard beach house in her picture gallery). I admit, I may not be the easiest client to work with because, as I said, I had this vision..... Some of it was great and other ideas Tania was able to persuade me to change and I am grateful for it! She is talented, energetic, knows where to go to buy anything when it comes to your home. I honestly don't think I could have done this project without her and kept my sanity. Thank you Tania!

We hired Koda Interiors for our ranch house remodel in Tarzana. Tania and her crew came highly recommended through a neighbor did a phenomenal job. Worked with our budget and came up with some great ideas. We would definitely use Koda again.

Tania leaped into action immediately after our initial consultation and offered beautiful and creative solutions to our bathroom remodel and interior decorating conundrums. She rolled with our changing budget, ideas, and timeline as seamlessly as possible, communicated efficiently, worked well with our contractor, and sourced from a wide variety of vendors. Tania should get bonus stars for being a fun person and a pleasure to work with.

Brought Tania into a project that was underway. She immediately got the idea of what we were trying to accomplish and provided excellent ideas and worked with our primary contractor to accomplish a finished look that far exceeded any expectations we had when the project was started. Our tastes are a clean modern look with the ability to accommodate a handicapped person, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I cannot say enough about Tania and Koda Interiors. Tania has it all - she is professional, reliable, and has impeccable taste. Any and all future projects I have will only be done with her. She went above and beyond for me, and made my bathroom so beautiful I cannot believe it. Her ideas were so much better than anything I could have imagined. She is a dream designer and a really lovely person.

I hired Koda Interiors to come up with the design for my new baby’s nursery. Tania did an incredible job listening to what I wanted, and working with my pregnancy brain. She was patient and friendly and made the process a breeze. My husband is the one handling the buying and labor and putting everything together, and she has gone above and beyond helping him out whenever he has any questions or issues. Overall, our experience with her has been wonderful and I look forward to working with her again and again!

We hired Tania for a remodel a few years ago and loved how everything turned out. Her designs and ideas were fresh and modern and she really knew her stuff.
