Totally Kids fun furniture & toys

I am over the top happy with this company and their customer service. I ordered a table which arrived with some factory blemishes. I contacted customer service, sent photos, and they have shipped me out a new table top in a short period of time. I will definitely buy from this company again!

I will never use this company again. I ordered online in June for a new home in another town that was under construction to be finished in August. The website indicated that I would be contacted to schedule delivery but I was not. I was not contacted until the furniture was already at the carrier and had to be delivered within a week. Totally Kids would not help me push out delivery so I had to store the furniture. I ordered furniture from Rooms to Go for the home as well and they were able to push out the delivery without a problem. My place is finally constructed and I retrieved the furniture from storage. It is not the right item. I ordered white and the item delivered is mahogany. Totally Kids will not help me return or exchange it because it’s been more than 30 days since it was delivered even though I have not even been in the town where the item is until this week and had no way to look at it since they delivered it early without contacting me. I spent $1300 on an item I cannot use due to poor customer service all around. Even the message I received back was impersonal “we are not able to assist you”. Very disappointing. :( Update: Once completely out of the box, I realized that not only is the item the wrong color, it is a completely wrong item. See pictures for my order and what I received. I now have a queen mattress and 2 twin mattresses with bedding and the bed I received is a double queen bunk. I contacted Totally Kids again and offered to pay return shipping back to their facility but again was told they cannot accept a return since it’s been more than 30 days. I’m not sure what magically happens on day 31 but I can’t believe that they wouldn’t even accept my offer to pay the return shipping.

Hello, We recently purchased a bedroom set for our son. The reason we bought at Totally Kids was the selection and high quality of the displayed sets on their showroom floor. I bought 4 fun fifties style barstools for my kitchen island, custom chosen. Yhe staff helped me place my order and the items were readily delivered in a several weeks. I love em. The store has a nice selection to view and try out, fet axsense of the quality. I found the staff easy to work with and knowledgable. Also, nice assortment of fun beanbags at the store

I don't normally write online reviews but I am happy to write one for Totally Kids. What makes Totally Kids fantastic is their staff- their customer service is top-notch. On both the original purchase of my bunk bed, and their help two years later to find a replacement for a broken part on that bed, their staff were helpful, attentive, friendly, and always followed up on their work. I live on the other side of the country from Minneapolis, but they handled shipping and customer contacts like they were a local store. The various staff seem to work well together too- whoever answered my call would be helpful, not just my own sales rep. In short: Great people selling great products.

I renovated my child's bedroom and hired Totally Kids to help with new furnishings for his room. They have given me excellent customer service and been respectful of my budget and ideas in the process. I received the bed on time and love watching my son play in his new 'castle'. I have ordered additional accessories for his room and looking forward to seeing him explore his new world. I would work with Totally Kids again and recommend them to anyone looking for fun and creative kids product.

Totally Kids was so easy to work with! I have bought furniture from them for both my kids rooms. Every time I called they always answered and had the answer for all my questions, such as, the dimensions of the furniture. Totally kids had suggestions on how the furniture will work in the room. They were very accurate on the time the furniture would arrive. Also, everyone I talk to was very friendly.

I have shopped at Totally Kids on several occasions for home furniture and kids toys. The store owner was present each time. She was extremely knowledgeable, quick to answer questions and addressed my concerns in a timely and respectful manner and worked with her employees to make sure both our in-store and post-purchase experiences were seamless and enjoyable. Her staff is also attentive, friendly and sharp, which demonstrates her ability to maintain a tip-top working environment. My husband and I entered the store not knowing what we needed and she was able to ask us the right questions and direct us to products that totally fit our needs. Based on my past experiences, I'd definitely recommend Totally Kids to both local and out-of-town customers. I love that Totally Kids is an independent and family-owned local business, and because of their quality service and products, I feel good about spending my money there. I'd say they are a leader in their industry.

This store is AMAZING! I purchased bunk beds for my daughters and was so impressed with the knowledgable staff and quality of products. I've been back recently and bought 4 more beds for our cabin. I plan on returning for Christmas toys, as they have the most unique things. Forget the big box stores .
