One E-mail to Kitsap Garage Door brought an immediate phone call to address my question. One day later service man Joe arrived to appraise my concern. He was extremely helpful and only suggested what my issue needed and handed me a quote that was very affordable. Joe arrived the next day to do the work and now I have a fully functional garage door at a very pleasing price..!! I have a few friends that had KGD do work for them and all of those folks highly recommend their service..now I can be added to the pleased list of customers..! Joe was fantastic to work with..! The springs broke on our garage door. KGDC was out same day and did a fantastic job. Excellent communication of pro's and con's on differing repair routes. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs. The door is now working BETTER than before it broke. I will definatley call them if I am ever in need of repair or replacement.

The door looks great and works even better than it looks! The employees were on time, every time. The installer took out all his own trash and hauled away the old door. There was no clean up for me to do, which was such a relief. The sales rep help guide me to pick a good looking door, well within my budget with out trying to upsell me or have me over-improve for the neighborhood. I am recommending KGD to all my friends!!

What a great company! On 8/15/2023, the spring on my garage door broke and my car was trapped in the garage. I called and talked to Darcy, who immediately scheduled a service call and assigned Technician Joe W to investigate. Joe called and let me know when he'd be arriving. Joe W removed the old broken spring, replaced the old rollers and hardware, adjusted the garage door opener, and verified everything was operational and safe. Joe is a true professional. Thanks from a completely satisfied customer!

I had a broken spring and could not get my heavy door open. These guys were quick to respond, very friendly and highly competent. They received my phone message at 7am Monday morning when they opened for business and had my door back in operation by 9:30am that same day. I could not have been more pleased.

I had a repair needed on my garage door before the weather changes. Called KGD to come see what is needed. Jake came to give an estimate, I accepted and said lets get it going. He said he would turn in the estimate on Monday, August 22... I have called twice to see when they plan to schedule, nothing but silence. September 7 and still nothing but a recording at the end of the phone number. Not worth my time to chase them for this work, there are other very able garage door companies near me, I just know the KGD used to be dependable, not sure what happened. Oh well....

Kitsap Garage Door Co. has installed all three garage door openers at my home. Their service has always been professional and precise. I called regarding an error code on one door. Justin was able to correct that, as well as alignment issues on the other two doors. When he was finished he explained to me, in detail, everything he did to correct the issues on all the doors. I feel he went above and beyond the original work I called for. I shall continue to call Kitsap Garage Door for all my needs.

We just had our garage door springs converted from the Wayne Dalton style internal spring to external spring system. Also we had our rollers replaced with a high-quality sealed bearing type. Jake was professional and knowledgeable from the estimate all the way to the installation. He was very skilled and conscientious in his work. My dad has also used Kitsap garage door over the years and been very satisfied also. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them for any future garage door needs. Eric

Amazing... Had our door serviced (broken Spring) by Brian... He was on time, (what would have taken me all day) he completed in about 30 minutes... excellent work, replaced parts that were a much better quality than we had, reworked the Photo Eyes to meet code ( like I knew there was a code for them???)... very efficient, obviously knows what he is doing... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM... And reasonable price for the work he did... Very Happy...

I love it when the estimator, the installer and the office staff are efficient, friendly and skilled. Kitsap Door gave a very fair price and installed a replacement opener, removed the old opener and Joe, the installer, was very respectful of any Covid type issues. Fully recommend these folks!

I was so impressed by Kitsap Garage Doors. From the first encounter to the finished product, I felt they were responsive, reasonably priced, and exceptionally detailed. I ordered 3 garage doors and they were able to schedule installation the week they arrived at their store. The installers were exceptional! They were timely, the results look amazing, AND they cleaned up my 3 garages better than when they started (also hauling away the old doors). They programmed all of my remotes and keyless entries, as well. There are no complaints and I'd encourage you ALL to reach out if you need new garage doors.

Our shop garage door has had CHRONIC problems with the chain mechanism (user error), causing multiple calls for repair. Huge shout out to JAKE, who saw our name yet again on the job roster, then before coming to us called together his fellow workers to troubleshoot the issue. So far so good on his repairs - no problems! Way to go with excellent customer service and work ethic. Overall, they've also been very responsive in getting to us quickly.

Kitsap Garage Door gave me a good explanation of my door options and then gave me a competitive quote to install my garage door.The door came in a few weeks later and we setup an appointment for that week for them to come out and install the door. It works perfectly and I am very pleased with their professional work.

We were replacing an old, broken garage door. The installer arrived slightly early, was friendly, professional and did a great job, even cleaning up after himself. I would highly recommend Kitsap Garage Door to my family and friends.

This project was to replace a Wayne-Dalton garage door panel that was damaged. Technician was on time and completed his initial estimate very quickly. Took a while to get the replacement panel....but as soon as it arrived he came back out and installed in less than half an hour. Technician also tuned up the garage door opener.....works much smoother. Total cost was about $1500. You may find the labor rates to be higher than you expect. I think they are appropriate considering how hard it is to get someone to come out and do a small repair job. A do the job well!

Almost a month has transpired since the installation of a new set of garage doors. At this point I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the installation, the doors and the personnel at KGD. The installers, Scott and Tony, were diligent and meticulous with the installation and the doors work flawlessly. The doors were expensive but I received quality and workmanship with which I am satisfied. I found the staff and personnel at KGD affable and courteous. Good job!

They fixed and did maintenance on my garage doors and then fixed my remote opener for free. Great company, I would definitely recommend them.

Broken garage door spring with cars in garage - day ruined! Or so we thought until contacting Kitsap Garage Door - they responded within a couple of hours, replaced the springs quickly and efficiently, and "saved" the rest of our day!

We had our tension rod split in half after a big wind storm, it was a very old door. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was polite and arrived on time. He assed the issue, replaced the needed parts and serviced all the others. He was quick and efficient, the whole process took less than an hour. Plus the new system is so quiet, doesn't bother sleeping little ones! We are very pleased and would use or recommend them over and over!!!
