I've worked with Kit for five years now and can't say enough good things about her knowledge and great service. Kit's an expert in her field and can help my clients get through the really tough world of appliances and its ever changing technical aspects. It's always great to have someone I can rely on to help my clients get the right products for their homes.
A few years ago, my mom's Kenmore microwave stopped working. It wasn't new, and it hadn't been purchased at Sewell"s. Sewell"s, however, was close-by, and I am exceptionally lazy, so my choice was obvious. I chose wisely:. though Kenmore was not one of their products lines, the tech honored the warranty, and I returned a hero. I knew that already, but now my mom had clear evidence. Thanks to all. I recommend without reservation.
Sewell is the worst company for service. I have purchased sub zero fridge and wolf range, they never once came to service my appliances. Every time I call they suggested to call Sterling. If I could go back I would have given Sterling appliances my business because of their outstanding customer service.
