We just completed the renovation of our 3 bathrooms and could not be happier. They are absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the work done is quite amazing. Everyone involved in our project was outstanding. Kelly was great. She listened to our ideas and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job including design, available products, and construction. We appreciated her attention to details and her great suggestions. Kelly coordinated every aspect of the job, often stopping in to ensure things were progressing according to plan. She was in contact with us responding to any questions we had and advising us of the next steps. We characterized this project as a “well-oiled machine”. The coordination and cooperation of the various teams of workers was incredible. They were all extremely hard working and highly skilled. It takes many people to complete a project like this – Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Tile work; our thanks to Rade & Jesus, Dave & Mike, Margarito, Fernando, and the two Daniels. Kitchens & Baths Unlimited was recommended in a local FB group. After meeting with Kelly, we were impressed with the plans she presented for our bathroom and decided to go with them. Our space was tricky, and we had to adapt a few times, which Kelly made painless. The actual construction moved very quickly--we would've wrapped up in 4 weeks if not for a hold up with some back-ordered parts. Kelly handled the issue with the parts and any other snafus that came up, which was much appreciated. She gave us guidance on decisions like grout and custom cabinets (things I know nothing about). The workers who came to our home every day wore their masks and were super tidy and respectful of our home. They contained their mess and cleaned up every day. They were also easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions that came up on a daily basis. The result is just gorgeous. We couldn't be happier with our new space. It's functional and beautiful! We would use Kitchens & Baths Unlimited again!

Kelly and her whole team were absolutely amazing to work with. From the design phase all the way through construction, everything was perfect. They were super helpful to my wife and I who don’t usually have the best design knowledge. They found creative ways to work with existing features of our bathroom that we wanted to keep while incorporating many new elements. The workers were so helpful and absolute professionals. They did a great job of isolating the space to minimize construction dust and left our house in pristine cleanliness everyday. They were especially respectful of our family requests and needs during Covid-19. We are super happy with quality of all the materials uses, especially the craftsmanship of the cabinets. The amount of storage we now have is so great. We could not be happier with the final results and our only regret is we didn’t do the project sooner. We were so happy with results, we have already used KBU for another project, albeit smaller.

We recently remodeled our kitchen/family room and had a fantastic experience with Kitchens & Baths Unlimited. Kelly is amazing! We just said goodbye to a great group of professionals from Kitchens and Baths Unlimited who completed a two month project redesigning the kitchen in our condo from floor to ceiling. From the design stages with Kelly Thayer to the execution of the project withcontractor, PJ, we could not be more pleased. Professional, hard-working, client-focused, approachable and responsive every step of the way. Everyone we came into contact with was fantastic - from the tiler, hardwood floor specialist, countertop installer, carpenter who redid all the doors and painter. We just completed two bathroom remodels with Kitchens & Bath Unlimited and would highly recommend the firm. Our master bathroom required total remodeling. We just finished remodeling a bathroom and the whole process was great. Ron was great to work with- easy going and made great recommendations in his showroom but also let me find some items on my own. His crew were prompt, respectful and clean and his foreman was really nice to work with. We will be using KBU again and I highly recommend them.
