Kitchen Pro Vaughan

Kitchen Pro Vaughan completed several projects for us. They designed and installed our custom kitchen cabinets, island, pantry shelving, powder room vanity and 2nd floor vanity, countertops and sinks. Gisele expertly designed all the components, had great suggestions and incorporated all our needs and wants. The main installation process was professional and additional fixes and repairs were handled fairly quickly. Communication and follow up by Crystal was helpful. Although Kitchen Pro is very busy they were able to take on all our projects with an ambitious timeline, responded to all our inquiries throughout the process, completed all our projects and any repairs fairly quickly.

The worst experience of my life. They will not provide what is agreed to. After forcing us to pay for 90% of the kitchen even though we identified the cabinets being stained the wrong stain at time of inspection. They will give you every excuse in the book and not take any accountability for any of their errors. They will move electrical and damage drywall during installation, without any communication during installation. You will have to be watching them constantly. We had ordered vanities as well, and again tried to tell us what was provided was what we order, when clearly the doors were not correct. This we held out for replacement. The vanity tops installation, totally destroyed our walls and damaged door casing which they never repaired. They love to blame the customer and prey on people not knowing what to look for. The fact that I did and called them out on it was the biggest fight of my life. I will never give them a reference and will have to live with the fact that they were the worst company to deal with. We had to basically complete payment, never to deal with them again. They are getting one star as houzz doesn't allow us to put a negative rating.

We used Kitchen Pro for kitchen cabinets & countertops. Pricing: We were originally going to go with an Ikea kitchen, but found that for a similar price Kitchen Pro would design, deliver and install customized cabinets and countertops Timing: Design took a few weeks, but can be longer if you change your mind a lot. It's 6 weeks to build your cabinets and 1-2 days to install. They were extremely professional through the entire process. Quality: Quality is decent, better than Ikea for sure. It's been 6 months since install and we've noticed a few things to be fixed, i.e. slightly cracked cocking and one of our drawer handles popped off. We let Kitchen Pro know and they were not only super nice about it, but they're on their way this weekend for the fix.
