Kitchen Nation has done a few projects in both of our houses, our previous one and the one we’re moving now. All estimates are provided in writing, and they pay close attention to the client's design suggestions. They also help you by making recommendations for products that will improve your project. Their professionalism and constant presence on the job site with their employees impressed me greatly. They pick up the phone quickly and everyday. They’re always open to hearing your ideas and talking about potential design choices. Thanks to the look of the renovation, our oldest house was very easy to sell. They did a great job and I’ll recommend them to everyone!

Hello, We had kitchen renovation done by Kitchen Nation in 2020 July. We waited a year before posting review to spend enough time in the new kitchen and provide objective opinion. We are very happy with final result and can definitely recommend Kitchen Nation team for your renovations. Sapna and Deepak team designed and built quality kitchen which met all our expectations. We visited and talked to nearly 15 other kitchen companies before talking to Kitchen Nation, and they stood out from the rest. Most important thing what made Kitchen Nation stand out comparing to other companies, they are one stop shop. They do everything, really all: cabinets,countertops and all construction. We were having so much difficulty initially to interview and choose two companies: one for kitchen cabinets and another for construction. Kitchen Nation solved out biggest problem. Second thing which made Kitchen Nation very different, Sapna didn't just took our ideas and made design. She took the time to understand what do we really want, visited our home to see actual kitchen and used all that info taking into account budget and space available, to create her own vision for our kitchen. Nobody else tried to do that. We were shown design ideas we didn't really think exist in the space we had. Sapna's experience allowed us to choose design we could not come up ourselves. To summarize, Kitchen Nation definitely provided best value for money (their relationship with countertop company allowed them to beat everybody else price for countertop by 40% at least), no other kitchen company came close to Kitchen Nation price for kitchen design, quality of materials we wanted and work required. They took care of all our asks and expectations. Deepak's construction team was pleasant to deal with, always on time and did quality work. All our concerns were always addressed asap. I am writing this not to punish but to inform. I had gutted my home and needed a kitchen rebuilt from scratch. I had a professional create the design for the layout but needed the cabinetry and installation. Sapna is obviously the “salesperson” as she disappeared as soon as there was an issue. Eventually (not without challenges) the kitchen was installed. The next interaction was with Deepak - Sapna’s husband. In spite of the fact that he frequently assured me that I was “an important customer”, the problems were not fixed. He blamed my contractor but was working with him to ensure the installation was perfect (as is part of their responsibility). When it was not, rather than take responsibility, he blamed the contractor, he blamed me, blamed his own installer and the cabinet manufacturer. In the end… all I wanted was to enjoy my new home with a kitchen where I could open the drawers. There are several issues not up to standard. On the most basic terms, the 2 primary utensil drawers do not open or close properly. Deepak got the rep from Cabico (the manufacturer) to visit. The rep arrived and broke one of the cheap plastic support bars holding the drawer up. He told me that either he or Kitchen Nation would return to fix it but never heard from either of them again. Prior to my one year warranty expiring, I contacted KN again hoping for a resolution. Deepak blocked my email. I must now pay someone else to fix their shoddy work. Forewarned is forearmed.

We hired Kitchen Nation because one of our friends hired them for their home renovation. To us, it was the best decision we made in our major house renovation. Sapna spent so much time with us, planning our Kitchen, washrooms, tv unit & mud room storage. She did not once say ‘no’ to our requests. She always accommodated us. She gave us so many creative ideas - she is so talented. She always went an extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. Her design was impeccable. We got compliments from everyone. During the installation, Supervisor DJ was there everyday, making sure work was executed according to plan and that problems were addressed. He was responsive. We felt we were in really good hands. The whole team was so pleasant and respectful. They provide, hands down, the best service we have ever received from a renovation company. Trust me, when I say pick Kitchen Nation, you will not regret the decision. Their prices are reasonable, the quality of work is amazing, and the service is outstanding.

Kitchen renovation can be very daunting and intense at the same time. Emotions run high and one is committed to get the best outcome within a defined budget. I was looking for an elegant kitchen design and colours to match my overall decor.This is when professional help from Kitchen Nation made all the difference. Deepak and Sapna gave us advice on good quality cabinets and design. They also went above and beyond to help in ordering faucets and sink and I was very pleased with choice of hardware in the kitchen. They continue to support us for any additional services that we request. I'm glad I chose Kitchen Nation for our reno and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wow factor.

Courteous Service. Deepak at Kitchen Nation was great. He helped us determine a great combination of color for our kitchen. I had the most fantastic experience with Kitchen nation and their designer sapna. I had the most horrific house purchase process and they were one of the few happy delights in it. At the top tier kitchen level, the quality is all very comparable, so what made me choose them? I think having someone who understands your taste, what you want, and just "get you" is SOOO important!! I can't express enough how I only had to express my desires ONCE and Sapna remembers it all and can see my vision. Her designs were so much better then other places I had gone to, and I went to all the top ones. She's SUPER accommodating, super fast turnaround time, and kitchen nation have more choices. For example, Door color, they can customized that to ANY colour you want as long as you can give them a colour number. It was such a fun and amazing experience working with kitchen nation and sapna, and she was much much more experienced in terms of actual kitchen function. When u do a kitchen renovation, ventilation, gas line, amps, volts, water line, all that need to be factored in. kitchen nation just knew all that, and wasn't only solely focused on the "design" aspect. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to use them!!!

We love our kitchen nation kitchen ! The quality of the cabinets, the design and the service from sapna and her team was/is amazing. When we decided to renovate our kitchen we looked at several options. we knew that we wanted to work with kitchen nation. Sapna measured the kitchen, but also took the time to understand our taste and what we wanted to achieve. We really appreciate that Sapna gave us direction and was honest enough to let us know when she thought something would not look right. We got help with the countertops, backsplash, appliances and accessories. The result is a beautiful and functional kitchen with much more storage space then we had before, We looked at remodeling the kitchen as an investment, so it's best to work with design professionals. Not only was the quaity of the work amazing when this great company worked on my kitchen, the service was the high point of the experience. All the staff we spoke to definitely wanted to do their best on the job and showed it.

We had Deepak and his team at Kitchen Nation design and renovate our small and challenging kitchen. He had great ideas and came up with a design that made our kitchen much more functional. We wish to thank Nafisa who coordinated the entire project for us. We were constantly communicating and the process went very smoothly with her help and suggestions. Our contractors, especially Ken and Jason, were extremely talented and professional. We are very happy!

With numerous general contractors and home builders available to choose from, we selected Kitchen Nation to renovate our kitchen and both bathrooms in our condo. Price, quality, and attention to details, were all concerns of ours. Deepak was able to fulfill all of our anxieties. Deepak is very attentive with a great attention to detail. He helped to make sure our vision was fully realized. He helped design the kitchen with us, happily making any changes along the way to ensure the kitchen was exactly what you envision to the smallest detail. Raj, his manager, ensures communication is always open and keeps you up to date on your project, material selection, delivery and install dates. Carlos installed our kitchen with the greatest attention to detail and care that I have ever seen. Jose, who did the tile and plaster work, completed both bathrooms, kitchen floor and backsplash, his work is beautiful and meticulous. He is a master of all trades. He was always available to talk to and was willing to fix anything we weren’t 100% satisfied with. We were so thankful to have him! Deepak worked directly with the subcontractors making sure our requirements and wishes were met, inspected the work regularly, even with unforeseen setbacks and obstacles. His crew was always polite and helpful with questions throughout the renovations and left our place neat and orderly. Deepak and Raj always gave responded verbally, through email and meeting at the site when needed. They continued to keep themselves available for any question or concerns we had. Upon completion they maintained their interest in making sure we were happy with the end results. Kitchen Nation is truly customer service and results driven, they are passionate about the work they complete and each member has become a part in the heart of my home. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the final product that kitchen nation was able to provide us with.
