Kitchen Living

We chose Kitchen Living because of the impressions from their showroom and website and because they project management from start to finish. Our kitchen is light, airy, practical and robust. It was delivered and installed as promised. Kitchen Living are easy to deal with, responsive, do what they say and in timely way. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I found the whole process of the kitchen conversion a painless experience and was expecting a more challenging time! The reason for our experience was primarily down to all the trades and the whole support staff who could not have been more friendly, understanding, amenable and helpful in being able to assist us in getting the type of kitchen that we desired.

Although we love our new kitchen, we are not so impressed with the journey. The schedule looked brilliant and although we were aware that this was rather flexible, it should have been finished in 4 weeks. Problems started when they discovered the floor was not level. We had pointed this out at the time of survey, but no one told the tiler. In the event we ended up being charged an extra £530, which we consider very unfair when spending approximately £28,000 for the kitchen. After waiting for replacement doors the whole kitchen took 14 weeks to be completely finished. We have been asked if we would recommend Kitchen living, the product is good quality, most of the team were very nice but we would not recommend if you want it done quickly, as there were several days during the fitting when no trades were in at all. Overpriced and questionable customer service. The experience did dull the excitement of our longed for dream kitchen

We were so impressed with the knowledge and skill of everyone involved from Jeff’s passion in designing us a kitchen, to the plasterer who hoovered! The picture that I had in my head was the same as what was delivered. We have now moved into renovation project and we have approached Kitchen Living again to provide us with a dream kitchen. They project manage the whole process. This was a blessing as my husband was recovering from bowel cancer. They were amazingly sensitive to that too . I cannot praise them enough.

The team at Kitchen Living are absolutely superb. We wanted to open up the downstairs living area to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The project was managed brilliantly and with very little fuss or disruption. Two walls removed, new beams installed, a custom kitchen built, all new lighting and a bi-fold door to the back living room. The whole project was a resounding success and the home team and contractors were completely top notch. We are going to be employing Kitchen Living for a new project for the in-laws who are moving back from Malaysia. Can not recommend Kitchen Living enough. Thank you to you all!!

I am so so so happy with our new kitchen! My husband and I had a few ideas that kitchen living had not seen before, but they immediately made sure that a way was found to achieve what we wanted. The ideas that were put forward by kitchen living to suit our plan were always so creative. We have a bar area, a pull out electric appliance unit, top of the range appliances and a quooker Tap and insinkarator, all of which were installed with great care and detail. The staff all worked so hard during planning and installation, they were fantastic at suggesting alternatives for us enabling us to stick to our budget. With so many choices throughout the design, we have been able to achieve our dream kitchen. They worked seamlessly with our builders Olympus, and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend kitchen living more highly

From the initial sales process to post implementation communication, the focus of Kitchen Living is quality and customer service. We have already recommended them to friends and colleagues, there can be no higher recognition for the quality of their service.

We chose Kitchen Living as we really liked the designer, Jeff. He gave us a lot of choices, without making the process confusing. The showroom was very important as well and helped us see how everything was going to be laid out. We love our kitchen, everything is easy to use and easy to keep clean! – Although we may have added a wine rack if we had thought of it!!

Kitchen Living knew what was important to us in the design of our new kitchen and were happy to work with it. All the fitters and contractors were very pleasant, clean and tidy and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We love our kitchen which has been much admired and friends have subsequently used Kitchen Living.

I cannot speak too highly of the team at kitchen living, who have all been superb throughout our kitchen project. From design and choosing kitchen units, significant building renovation, installation and aftercare they have been efficient and effective and so responsive to any concerns. Phil, the fitter, is a true craftsman, with significant experience and he ensures that the kitchen is of the highest standard. I commend them to you.
