Building a custom home is a very overwhelming and stressful process, but when you have entire teams of professionals behind you, your experience would be changed for the better. That's why I am grateful to Kitchen Land team for their professionalism, devotion to their talents and skill that have helped to soothe so many pains and prevent so many issues from happening. No wonder Kitchen Land has won so many awards, for being the best for so many years in the row. They are bar none the best in the business, hands down. Not only did they custom design my dreams kitchen, but they hit it out of the park with our Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Mudroom, Bar and the rest of the house. We love our new house and everyone who has stepped their foot in it is absolutely floored from the designs and the exclusion. Kitchen Land did an excellent job with the design and they only sell Canadian manufacturer's products that are luxury and guarantee quality. Gregory with his installers were meticulous with every detail. They really know what they are doing and their experience shows right away. Gregory and his team were extremely professional and super helpful in explaining to me why the project's schedule and the order in which installations will be completed in. I was impressed with Tetiana's design services and all her recommendations that I never would have considered on my own. Galina's exceptional customer service, whom always answered all my calls and questions. Thank you to entire Kitchen Land team for all your incredible work and attention to detail. We are so glad that we selected them for our project and would highly recommend them to everyone we know.

Alec and his team are top notch. Our consultation was professionally conducted and the pricing detailed every aspect of our reno. We were assured that we were in good hands and Kitchen Land never failed to deliver. The quality of their work is exactly what you'd expect from high end renovation specialists. My wife and I were recommended Kitchen Land services by our friends, whom already got their custom built home fully designed and executed inside by Kitchen Land team. We were looking to remodel our entire home and wanted to get as many services as possible with one firm and Kitchen Land was one stop shop for all of our kitchen needs. They turned out even better than we expected. From customer service, to product selections, to design and execution, everything turned out to be absolutely amazing. They comepleted our entire house remodeling in timely manner and everything was always left clean. Our two story house was fully remodeled from basement to top floor; we took walls down, replaced Hardwood throughout the entire house, brand new staircase that was matched to our Hardwood colour. Two bathrooms were fully redone, one was expended and redesigned completely. Two brand new kitchens with brand new kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplashes were installed in the house. New laundry room and entire house done with crownmouldings. All electrical, plumbing and all installations were fully done by Kitchen Land crew. We love everything about our house and everyone that walks into it loves it so much that they end up leaving wanting to do remodel their own home. Every corner was designed and installed by Kitchen Land. We are thankful to the team for making our dream home come true. We will continue to recommend their services to all of our friends and family.

We went by all the excellent reviews this firm gets, but did not have anywhere close to the same experience. It was fine until the design phase, but after the work actually started we faced many disappointments - delays, they forgot to order kitchen cabinet handles until the time to install them, also forgot which sink model we chose until the time came to install it (resulting in delay), the matching grids for the sink were provided almost 3 months later after so many follow ups. We also had to repeatedly follow up to fix the misaligned cabinet doors. Their men kept boasting about the BIG houses they've worked on, that we have the most expensive kitchen in the neighborhood (really?!?!?), constantly making us feel like our house was not worth their time (1750 sq ft).

Kitchenland did an outstanding job of renovating our kitchen, along with adjacent laundry room, powder room, porcelain floors, and a wet bar in our family room. Alex redesigned our floor plan to increase space and functionality of our kitchen. The company did all of the work involved, including new LED lighting, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, and appliance installation. The work was supervised by Gregory and his team; everyone was meticulous in his work, and most accomodating, since we lived in the house during the renovations. When we hired the company, we were given a detailed list of costs and a start date of two months later. The work was started on the designated date, finished in just over 4 weeks, and on budget to the penny. Wonderful company!

We used Kitchen Land for our new cabinets as part of our kitchen renovation. Alex and the team at Kitchen Land were extremely professional and helpful. They did great work in both the design and installation of our kitchen cabinets. Pricing was competitive and service was timely. We would definitely use Kitchen Land again should the need arise and would recommend them to others.

We live in Burlington and had a full Great Room renovation that was 17'x35' that included the living room, kitchen and dining room. Outstanding design process with Alex as he was knowledgeable , strategic, suggestive and patient with us. Gregory was very hands on with his trades and paid attention to all the detail. Craftsmanship was nothing less than perfect and accurate. The trades selected were careful and very professional. The job was on time and on budget. We would have zero problem recommending these folks for your home and will definitely have them back when we need them again. The scope of the work included ceilings, walls, flooring cupboards, island, kitchen equipment and granite.

Kitchen Land did a full kitchen reno. Results exceeded expectations. Alex and his crew were very helpful and professional. They met all deadlines and showed up on the days they said they would. The job quoted was on budget and they did not go over. The workmanship is exceptional and the attention to detail is evident. All questions and concerns were answered with solutions and reassurance. My only negative would be with the lack of follow-up. Once job was complete that was it. Never heard from them. I would have expected a follow-up call after a few months had passed to make sure everything was to my liking. All in all a good experience and excellent work. I love my new kitchen. It looks amazing.

Kitchen Land did an excellent job with our kitchen reno (11' x 13') at a terrific price thanks to the promotion they were having on Decor brand cabinets . It was a complete overhaul of the space and they were extremely accommodating working around our schedule since we had decided to do some of the prep work ourselves before they could start the tiling and cabinet installation. Alex took very thorough initial measurements, made thoughtful suggestions regarding design and layout, and subsequently coordinated the other tradesmen very efficiently. The carpenter that installed the cabinets was absolutely meticulous and agreed to do some extra crown moulding in the adjacent room for very little extra. The countertop installers were also excellent. The tiler, while skilled, was unfortunately a bit rushed which led to a callback to redo the grout between the floor tiles (hence 4 stars instead of 5). In general, we were and still are ecstatic about our new kitchen and we thank Kitchen Land for a job very well done. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends.
