After we made the decision to leave Portland and return to Clark County we met with a few builders. Found what we thought was going to be the perfect fit and began the home building process, but thankfully realized that we were headed for disaster and cut ties. A little gun shy, we decided once again start the search for a builder. Met with another reputable builder but still weren't sold that it was the right fit. Once we met with Chris and toured the model home in Cloverhill, we knew that we had found our builder. It was blatantly obvious that Kingston's "standard" is not standard, it is above and beyond. Their attention to detail from the "style" to the finished work is unlike any other we had seen. Throughout the building process during a pandemic Chris, Anita and Shawna guided us through all of the selections and decisions. As this was our first time building, the process could have been overwhelming but with their assistance it was more enjoyable than we could have imagined. I can't thank them enough for their assistance and patience. Special thanks to Chris for always listening and responding to the countless emails and questions! Also a big thank you to Anita for all that you did, especially accommodating us in the end with many last minute requests. Last but not least, Shawna-thank you for all your help, especially with the lighting selections. The Kingston team is the best! Three weeks into the home and we are loving it more than words can say!! We are so happy we chose Kingston to build our dream home.

We are loving our new Kingston home! Chris Galyon and the entire Kingston team has been great to work with during the new construction process from concept to completion. We have been impressed with their professional, knowledgeable, and responsive conduct and in light of the additional challenges of the pandemic, their performance has been exceptional. Kingston managed to hand us the keys to our new home in less than one year’s time. They created a beautiful, well-built home in a timely manner and considering that we’ve worked in the industry ourselves for many years, this praise is not given readily. To the entire Kingston team (including all vendors and subcontractors): heartfelt thanks for your dedication to the process, your skill, and integrity.

After meeting with four or five different builders we decided to go with Kingston for our ‘custom’ home. Kingston has a stellar reputation and Chris Galyon, sales manager, hit all the right buttons as he explained the quality of their homes, the gracious warranty and the flexibility to give us the changes that we were looking for. Right up front he told us that it would take a year to complete the project. In spite of the down time due to Covid-19 they still hit the one year estimate. Chris worked closely with us during the creation phase. He took our ideas and responded with concepts for implementing them. He was also willing and very capable in making suggestions that improved on or countered our ideas. His ability to see what might look pleasing became something that we came to rely on. We are now closed on the house and about to move in. During the last few weeks, the Kingston team went into high gear to address the many small problems that inevitably come up.

Kingston was a wonderful company to hire for building our home. No task was too large! We requested several enhancements which were met without issue. A great partner that provides a quality product!!

The team at Kingston Homes was such a pleasure to work with. They were efficient, helpful and very professional. We were hoping for a delay in having our house finished because we were going to be out of the country, but everything was right on schedule. I would highly recommend this builder.

Just completed build of new home in Ridgefield's Clover Hill development. From start to finish the process that Kingston Homes uses is top of the line. Once a decision is made to move forward on construction, the process and timing is fully explained. The company is very organized and what they commit to, they execute on. The company's willingness to customize my new home has been exemplary. I knew the cost of my home the day the house plan was adjusted for expansion of garage and living space, along with all upgrades chosen at that time. During the build there were additional non-structural changes/upgrades that they graciously accommodated and again the costs were quickly communicated. New to me, but very much appreciated, is their requirement that all finish choices for the home are made prior to the construction start. I had all appointments concluded within 30 days which resulted in focused effort to create the final look I had hoped to achieve. The subcontractors were very easy to work with, patient and helpful as well with choices. Chris Galyon, the Sales Manager, takes time to attend the most significant vendor meetings which I found to be very helpful. I relied on his expertise for confirmation (or lack thereof) of my choices. I (we) have had several homes built over the years, primary and second homes, and I rate Kingston Homes by far the best of the builders. I feel confident that I have a well constructed home with nice finishes. I would highly recommend this team.

We are building our home with Kingston Homes. I do not normally tout a business, unless they are consummate professionals. This company is consummate. Not only do they build beautiful homes with attention to the details, but they do it with, well, kindness comes to mind. They answer all your questions in a timely manner, address your concerns in such a way that you feel your home is the only one they are building. We have not met one person (including their subcontractors) who wasn't genuine, knowledgeable, personable and professional. Should you care to entrust your next home to this company you cannot go wrong.

Every aspect of our recent new home purchase, including the design phase, pricing, selection of options, and then the build-out were handled in very professional ways by their entire staff. Chris and the entire Kingston team are great communicators, highly professional in their work, and there are no hidden surprises....everything is transparent and explained to the satisfaction of the buyer.
