We hired Kingon Homes to renovate the interior of our house. They spent many hours working on design plans with us and giving us options to cut costs. The kitchen required moving a wall and lowering a part of the ceiling. A wall was also built in our foyer to create a closet. They designed a built in for our tv room using stone and floating cabinets. They were able to save us a lot of money in our kitchen renovation using the extra floor tile we had from the original owner and buying new tile to accent, instead of using new tile throughout the kitchen. We are very happy with the quality of work.

In June, 2015, my husband and I purchased a home in Estero, FL. Shortly after making this purchase we began to search for a contractor to do extensive remodeling on the home. This brought us to Ken Kingon Jr. and his company, Kingon Homes. While they were not the only contractors we spoke to, Ken was the only contractor who had pulled plans of our home prior to our first appointment so that we could speak in specifics about what we envisioned for the project. This attention to detail greatly impressed us and this also defined how Kingon Homes approached every aspect of our renovations which were carried out over many months. Ken is very pleasant to work with and he genuinely cares that the finished product is of a very high standard and meets the needs and expectations of his clients. This caring attitude shows up in all aspects of the project. In addition, Ken hires some of the best sub-contractors that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. His care and concern for excellence extends throughout his entire team. All major areas of our home were remodeled and the end result has come out even better than we could have anticipated. We would definitely turn to Kingon Homes again and we recommend them without hesitation.

It was a pleasure to work with Kingon Homes. Before we purchased our home, we asked Kingon Homes to inspect the house and be sure we would be able create what we wanted.
