Extremely creative. Seem to understand the balance between cost, productivity and design. Strong practical logic in the design toward the existing architecture.

My wife and I partnered with Kingdom to renovate our home after a flood had destroyed most of the living spaces in our home. We met with Kingdom and they had an excellent feel for what we were looking for, how we wanted to use our home space efficiently, and who we were. The understanding and integration of all of those elements along with excellent craftsmanship has provided our home with an expression of who we are and how we want to live. Our very modest size home needed to have all the spaces utilized in a way that was to provide as much flow and utilization as possible and Kingdom was able to achieve that magnificently. They were timely, cost effective, and very educated in helping us to make good choices along the way as well. We had a great experience with them.

We hired Kingdom to basic transform our tract home into a custom one. They nailed it. Eric and his team have a way of not just dreaming up ideas, but actually pulling them off in ways more beautiful then you expect. Some of the highlights of their work at our place: - Designed a custom stairway - Custom glass doors and handles for the entire back wall to our house - Custom beam work throughout our house - Designed an amazing fireplace - Designed a deck and overhang - Designed landscaping and a pool makeover to match our new design direction - Influenced and chose new furniture/paint/decor/finishes in our home There's a ton more I'm probably missing, but they basically gave our home a stunning makeover.
