Kim worked her magic and made our small house a home. She created an entry where there was none, and helped us declutter the non-essentials. Her suggestions to purchase a few items helped create "rooms" in our open floor plan that makes our tiny space feel bigger.

I worked with Kim Brown Interiors 2017-2018 to furnish a 5BR/6BA beach home (whole house project) in Inlet Beach, Florida. Kim was such a pleasure to work with, really listened to what I desired in the home, and was patient and responsive throughout the process. In addition to selecting beautiful furnishings, Kim assisted with valued input on many finish/material selections (i.e. lighting, countertops, flooring, tile, paint colors, etc.), while the home was being built, so everything tied together to accomplish a modern and comfortable coastal feel in the home. Most of the selections were viewed online, but we also shopped together when I wanted to touch and feel a selection in-person. The installation was flawless. Kim also completed the home within budget, which was a nice surprise. I live in Georgia, and the home is in Florida, and Kim made the process seamless. Kim builds great rapport with clients, and it was easy to trust Kim’s design judgement, which made the process much more enjoyable. I’m not sure I would have gotten through the project with much sanity had I not had Kim guiding me through the process. In addition to getting a beautiful home that exceeded my expectations, Kim was a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend Kim Brown’s design services!

We hired Kim to furnish our beach house at Watercolor as it was under construction. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. In a two day installation, she converted a barren house with 4 bedrooms plus bunk room into a well appointed home, including custom window treatments, porch furniture and accessories. While we think the end result is sophisticated, it is also comfortable and livable - selections were made keeping in mind the house will see a lot of traffic. Thank you Kim!

Kim Brown Interiors has transformed the look and feel of the house we recently purchased. Without Kim's guidance and expertise, we don't think we would have ever been able to get to where we are today. She takes the stress out of making a house feel like a home. Kim has truly an amazing eye for design. She brings a multitude of options to the table when either: designing a room or if you are looking for a specific item (i.e. light fixture, rug, furniture piece). Kim also brings a laundry list of contacts and stores that we would have never discovered.
