I need to apologize to Kathleen for my delay in writing this but what I have to say still holds true today. Kathleen was recommended to us by a professional friend and we finished our facelift, remodel almost one year ago. She is easy to work with. Respects our budget, timeline and availability to get into the property. We had a few hard stops of items we wanted to keep and she worked them into her design. She is great at suggesting ideas but always respects that it is our home and we have our own thoughts' and tastes. Kathleen would roll ideas out to us as the project unfolded and she, my wife and I worked as a team. She has strong contacts with contractors and vendors that team up and show up for her. We never would have found them on our own. I write this now because we ran into her in town the other day and it jogged my memory that I owe her a review and wanted to do so for someone we now consider a friend.

We purchased a house in Deer Vista just outside of Park City. Our Realtor Mary recommended Kathleen. She has been a God Sent! We live in The Scottsdale area and no idea where to shop and it was during Covid and the supply chain shortage. Kathleen got us unique really cool furniture, rugs and accessories for our home. She made what could have been a very painful situation amazingly easy and the things that came in broken or wrong she took care of. She’s has a lot of great contacts, a good eye and listened to our likes and dislikes. She’s great s d easy to work with. The bonus is she’s a great person who cares.

A couple of years ago our contractor recommended KHJ Designs , and we're very glad he did. We have worked with Kathleen on three separate projects in our townhome and would not hesitate to call on her expertise again. Kathleen is a real professional. She's easy to work with, very reliable, a good listener as well as good natured. Our last project was an unplanned for but necessary one. Kathleen came to our rescue and put together an accessible ready bedroom/bathroom that perfectly suits our needs. It's not just functional but very attractive. Thanks Kathleen....you're the best!

Kathleen with KHJ Designs was great. She was so easy to work with, was professional, and had great ideas. I really liked everything that she picked out and enjoyed the design process. She helped us pick some art by local artists that really finished out the space. Will definitely use her again and would highly recommend!

Kathleen's professionalism and expertise in design enabled us to remodel the kitchen and powder room in our vacation home and update a few other aspects -- e.g., dining room lighting -- without actually being there! Through it all she was extremely well-organized, worked smoothly with our contractor, was easily accessible, and followed through promptly. By the time we were finished I felt that she was a trusted friend, even though we'd never actually met face to face!!

Kathleen was enthusiastic from the start of our Deer Valley ski condo remodel project! Creative, Timely, and Efficient describes her work! We hired KHJ and Kathleen over email and most of our work with her was via distance. Not being present for most of the remodel, we appreciated KHJ's detailed and straightforward invoicing. Our one bedroom condo remodel was treated as if it were a million dollar plus property! Walking into our unit following her remodel, we were surprised by her extra touches and absolutely thrilled with the overall product!! Kathleen is as nice as she is talented!!
