Ken Harris- Ethan Allen Home Interiors

We met Ken in the Ethan Allen store by chance when we were searching for a nice bed and desk for my teenager. His mattress is twin XL so difficulty in finding bed. Ken helped us figure out a great solution and then we went on to get out living spaces redecorated. Ken has a unique ability to create visually beautiful space with comfort and aesthetics. We are very happy with how our living and dinning rooms have turned out. Over the years I have worked with other decorators and never felt satisfied with their approach and work. This time I think I have hit gold. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Ken is an absolutely fabulous designer! He has a truly empathic ability to understand what a client is hoping to achieve and to bring that hope to reality. Ken designed my living room and kitchen area. We had a very rigid budget, and a set of rooms that were quite challenging to configure. I was unsure if we would be able to find a way to design the space, much less do it within our monetary limitations. Ken came up with a very creative and functional way to place our furniture that truly worked. In addition, he ran about a dozen different cost scenarios, so we were able to pick and choose the one that worked best for us. The results far exceeded my expectations, and .I now have a living space I am really proud to call home. I cannot recommend Ken highly enough.

I have worked with Ken Harris for a number of years on design projects both large and small that have included furniture, drapes, bedding, upholstery, lighting, art and accessories. He understands my sense of style and offers great suggestions and ideas on how to achieve the look and feel I want my home to have. He is mindful of budgetary constraints and is willing to stage an ongoing project until its completed. Our last collaboration was my bedroom. Ken Harris has help me make three houses homes. Homes that are warm and inviting but livable. Ken has a great talent for listening and making making my vision a come to life. HIs ideas for window treatments and fabric combination are creative and sophisticated when needed, spot on when I wish to a the fun element to a room. Thanks to Ken my house is the home I was hoping to achieve with every move.

I utilized Ken Harris to create custom pieces of furniture for my living room and to accessorize my dining room and entryway with custom created art. He is an outstanding interior designer. He listened to my needs and wants and the result was everything I wanted. He listened to what I asked for and delivered it. He has a keen eye to bring all areas of a space together. Additionally he was also able to incorporate some existing pieces I already owned. Ken is an honest professional and he was always on time for appointments. He worked quickly to create the initial design pieces, fabric swatches, and accessories. I will definitely utilize Ken again!
