The Floor Trader - Jacksonville and Orange Park

After paying for an extended warranty they sold me within 2.5 years the floor started coming up. I called to collect on my warranty - which is, I thought, they would simply replace the ends or a piece but was denied. The floor is now so dangerous I have cut my foot my foot on it. Ask how they honor that warranty they sell you. Ask who they send out to determine if you qualify for your own warranty. Someone called "The Floor Detective" will be sent out. I have all original emails sent back and forth. to verify. You literally have to qualify for your own warranty. Next I showed them the parts where all the trim was shredded. The manager offered to send me the parts so I could install it myself. Crap, all crap. Today the entire floor is peeling and I have included photos of their work.

I really like the carpet but be prepared to find your own installer . Two weeks and my carpet still isn’t installed.
