I have had the pleasure of using Keystone Kitchens twice. I first used them for a complete remodel of my Dads kitchen from the walls out. The cabinets turned out fabulous and function so nicely, the decor fit the house perfectly. I called Keystone Kitchen again when I needed to redo my Kitchen. Susan the head designer/owner is just the right amount of help, she didn’t impose her taste on my unique situation but let me do what spoke to me while offering the right amount of guidance. She convinced me, rightly that I only needed to refinish my cabinets as they were such good quality. We then replaced everything else to blend perfectly. She helped me not to “over do” for my houses era and value. Keystone Kitchens would have made more money had they suggested new cabinets, I really appreciated that, saved me thousands. I highly recommend this company and enjoyed working with their people, the job was done in a timely fashion and I am one happy kitchen queen!!

We hired Keystone Kitchens for a kitchen remodel that included veneer on existing oak cabinets and also replaced an existing wall of cabinets with new cabinets and bar area. Their team was professional throughout the process with several site visits from the owners, designer and engineer. We replaced doors and installed upgraded drawers, added under counter lights, new tile and new ceiling lights. We were really pleased with the overall design and the level of cabinets were a very good quality and the work was professional and completed on schedule. Additionally, there was work needed a year later on the veneer and the company fully honored their warranty in the easiest fashion. They were quick, professional and friendly. We highly recommend this company.

We hired Keystone Kitchens to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. I'll start by saying that my husband and I are no easy clients. We are perfectionists and care about every detail. We have high expectations for all the contractors we work with. We interviewed many local remodel companies (the best of best) and talked to different designers but after meeting with Dennis couple times, we knew we wanted Keystone. They were very professional, knowledgeable and had lots of great ideas on how to improve our small kitchen. The design process was fun and seemed so easy. Dennis was always available to answer our emails filled with detailed questions from people who never did a kitchen remodel before. He always answered every single one. We also had a copy of all designs that we shared with family members to get more feedback. At the end, we met with Chris to finalize the design. His experience and professionalism were mind-blowing. We knew we had the right guys. The construction phase took about 2 months. It was a little bit longer than we estimated (5-6 weeks) but Keystone also oversaw HVAC upgrades in our dining room, lighting improvements in our living room and new floor installation. They even managed everything while we were on vacation first couple weeks. As any project of this size, there were many bumps on the road. Keystone was here to address every single concern we had. When we complained about the quality of the seam on our new white countertop, they took it seriously and even took the countertop off to make sure pieces were glued together correctly and the final product looked good. I want to say that what we LOVE most about Keystone is that they go above and beyond customer expectations. Since buying our house, we had a chance to work with many contractors and I'll be honest, majority of them do their job and never look back. Keystone is all about making their customers happy. They never let us down. Whether we wanted our drawers perfectly aligned or needed extra shelves for our cabinets, they did it for us. They helped us with every single detail. Other random thoughts? All their contractors are professionals with great attention to detail. Everybody in Keystone is really nice and considerate of your family needs during the remodel. They clean up after themselves every day. Billing is clear. Cabinets are custom made - maximizing the space and ideal for small kitchens. Any issues are addressed promptly. The quality of our new kitchen is superior and the look is fantastic. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely recommend Keystone to all our friends and co-workers.

We hired Keystone to do a complete top-to-bottom remodel of our outdated kitchen. We interviewed several local companies, but Karen from Keystone absolutely blew us away with her first visit. Within minutes of walking in the door, she had a list of great ideas for our space, several of which we hadn't even considered possible before speaking with her. By the end of that first visit, we knew Keystone had our business. The design phase was a lot of fun, and we certainly put Karen to the test! My partner and I have VERY different tastes -- he prefers a traditional style, while I prefer a more contemporary look. Karen managed to dream up a design that fit both bills, incorporating elements of each in perfect balance with the other. She was very accessible throughout the design phase, and always got back to us promptly with answers to any questions we had. The construction phase was a bit trying, which is to be expected in a job of this size. No large remodel ever goes exactly according to schedule, and for a few reasons ours was no exception. The original estimate for the job was 6 to 8 weeks. The reality turned out to be just over 18 weeks from the first day of demolition to the final walkthrough. I'd be lying if I said the extra weeks weren't frustrating -- they were. But, as my five-star review here should indicate, the end result was well worth the wait. The quality of work exhibited by Keystone's carpenters is exceptional. They use top-grade materials in their cabinetry, and their attention to detail is impressive -- and I say that as a professional carpenter myself. Their crew was always friendly and professional, and each day they left the house clean and livable, which is no small feat when a complete demolition and rebuild is involved. Jeff, the main carpenter for our project, was also great at staying in communication with us throughout the course of the job. In conclusion, hiring Keystone for our remodel was clearly the right decision for us. They transformed our drab, 70s-era kitchen into a beautiful, functional masterpiece that we absolutely love. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
