Kevin and his crew at Petkus Brothers recently installed two beautiful solid top patio covers in our backyard. We cannot be more pleased with the job. Our only regret is that we did not have it done sooner. Kevin came out to our home and we were immediately impressed with his knowledge, experience, honesty and confidence in his exclusive product. His extensive home building experience provided him the insight to have his patio covers built to specifications that are a cut above the rest. After his initial visit at our home, we met with Kevin at the impressive Petkus Brothers showroom in Rocklin. There, we were able to view and learn more about their product and visually see what ours would look like. We felt confident that we had done all the homework necessary to make a smart decision. After getting all our quotes from different companies, it did not take long to see that Petkus Brothers was going to provide us with the best outcome. They were the clear standouts. We contracted with Petkus Brothers for 2 patio rooms and general remodeling. This is our 2nd contract with them. We are very pleased with the contractor and all personnel. Work performed on time, as requested, within projected costs. Impeccable service and assistance to us regarding designs considerations. Personnel trustworthy, very skilled. From Mr. Petkus to most junior employee, their concern was our happiness. Highest quality workmanship. We have no complaints - only praise. I'am so happy with the job Petkus Brothers and workers did in remodeling my bathroom it is absolutely beautiful and surpassed my expectations. I no longer have a tub but a zero threshold shower beautifully done in tile. Everyone, from Kevin, Keith and the workers were great in addressing any concerns/issues throughout the entire project.

We were new to the Lincoln area when we bought in Sun City in December. Upon looking in the Compass Magazine for Sun City, we came upon an advertisement for bathroom remodels. It was colorful with lots of options. We liked that we could have them come right away & that we could get a small loan with them to pay off as soon as our condo in San Jose sold. The tile workmanship was great. They listened to our ideas & worked with us on installing fixtures, sink, counter top & lighting. Thank you to Kevin who set it all up for us.

I contracted Petkus Bros. to build onto the back of my home a sunroom.I had two pillars that needed to be removed. The job from start to finish was done by caring, knowledgeable employees. Kevin, one of the owners oversaw the project from start to finish. I have never experienced before such dedicated employees with the sole purpose of being accommodating, professional, and thorough in their assigned tasks. My room is beautiful - a real show stopper! I recommend this company to all.

Petkus Brothers installed a nice enclosed patio for my parents about a dozen years ago , but now one of the outside panels is warped and water is leaking ,and a little mold on the inside wall, I called Petkus Bros. About this they said they will send some out to look at this ,it's been over two months and I haven't heard or seen anyone from Petkus Bros.

We have recently added a screened in patio with landscape and everything came out just as we expected. To say, everything came out wonderful! The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Everyone with Petkus was very nice and extremely helpful. Keith was our Rep and he did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some home upgrades or additions and I will definitely be using them again in the near future!
