Kevin recently completed a fairly extensive remodel of our 1940 ranch and he and his team were fantastic! We met with at least eight contractors in the year leading up to our project - and while we liked many of them Kevin really stood out! He is professional, he communicates clearly and consistently, he is detail oriented and he provided us with the most clear/granular bid - we knew exactly how money was being spent and there were no surprises. His team is great - the workmanship for each aspect of the project was top notch and we really liked and felt comfortable with everyone he brought into our home. We felt such trust in Kevin that we were comfortable going with his recommendations for windows and doors without reviewing the choices ourselves. He worked really well with our designer and is just a super nice person. There were so many ways that he reduced our stress about undergoing a big reno and the final result is beautiful and super functional and totally exceeds our expectations. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Kevin was such a joy to work with when I recently hired him to do a French drain around my house, his idea to solve a water entry problem - very creative, friendly, personable, honest, professional, flexible, and the job went even faster than expected. Reasonable pricing as well. Would use him again, he’s a general contractor who can do anything basically. It’s hard to find good, honest contractors, he was originally referred to me by another contractor actually.

HCM General Contracting was professional, timely, and cost-effective. We hired HCM for a commercial remodel job. Our business is open 7 days a week, and the owner, Kevin, understood that it was important to get the project done in a timely way, but with exceptional quality due to the high-end nature of our business. HCM's contractors were very skilled, easy to work with, and delivered a great product - just as we envisioned. Kevin was constantly checking in with us to make sure that everything was going according to plan, and when unexpected issues arose, he handled them quickly and kept us on track. HCM does not cut corners and the quality of the work was great. We were able to get everything done on time and very happy with the results.

I hired Kevin to build a garage in the back of my property. He was timely, professional, and very accessible. He keep in close communication throughout the project and came out to touch up small items that I noticed even after our contract was over. The subcontractors he selected were polite and did great work as well. I would highly recommend HCM and their subcontractors.
