We purchased a property with tremendous potential based on land and location, fully knowing the internal needed updated and restructured. After multiple interviews and proposals, through a mutual friend I was introduced to Cornerstone. From the first introductory meeting I was impressed by the listening skills, understanding of our goals and focus to detail. Working with Perry and his process, the design, materials selection and planning phase became an absolute joy. The build portion of the project included the most professional and skilled workers I have ever met. The exceptional clean up every night, the continued pursuit of timelines, deadlines and progress was top of mind. I’ve never been around or worked with a group of more caring, kind and patient craftsman who truly wanted nothing more than our family to be happy through each step of the remodel. It’s hard for me to explain how thankful we are to have met, worked and completed the project on our home with the Cornerstone team. We are so proud of our investment and would not have changed one aspect of the project from the beginning to the end. I personally feel we not only have a wonderful new home to enjoy ourselves and share with others, but we now have new friends for life. We contracted with Cornerstone Remodeling on two projects and our overall satisfaction level was excellent. They have a small, but really great team and you are always in close contact with Perry or Ken. They have truly perfected the list of subs that they employ and all did an outstanding job for us. Our main project was a nearly total 1st floor remodel, gutting our kitchen and one bathroom as well as part of one garage and another bathroom to create a new laundry and mudroom and a fantastic new kitchen. We are beyond satisfied with the look and function of the final result and the workmanship and care that went into the walls, flooring, cabinetry, countertops and tile. Perry had a great suggestion for our kitchen island that ended up being a point of focus for the remodel. Expect fine craftsmanship and a very personal touch when working with them. They are extremely committed to seeing you satisfied and finding solutions that suit your own personal perspective. We were so impressed that we ended up starting a 2nd project with them shortly after the first was completed. We discovered them from a friend’s suggestion and I expect that is where 99% of their jobs come from.

Extremely honest operation. Minimal changes to schedule and budget, can definitely tell Ken and Perry are motivated to please their clients first, not to maximize their profit. Would definitely recommend.

We just finished a 2nd floor bathroom addition, including new windows, siding and roof. From beginning to end, Cornerstone exemplifies professionalism. In 2022 we completed a bathroom remodel, and the replacement of all doors and woodwork on the second floor of our home, with Cornerstone Remodeling. This was the second remodel project that we have done with the Cornerstone team, the first was a kitchen, bath and utility room remodel a few years ago. The design/planning part of the project went very well as Perry takes you step by step through the possibilities and product selection. Once the details were finalized, and Perry set the schedule, the project flowed as scheduled. Cornerstone’s communication with the home owner is excellent. This is a great feature of working with Cornerstone as we always knew what to expect. From the design process with Perry and Ken through the completion of the project, everyone with the Cornerstone team was very professional and did a wonderful job for us. We worked with Ken and Perry to completely gut and rebuild our master bathroom. Every single person that we dealt with were professional and respectful of our home. The final outcome was beyond our expectations and the most amazing part was that the job remained on schedule. We would highly recommend this company.

We worked with Perry and Ken on a bathroom project, and it turned out beautifully. I loved that Perry took us to pick out materials and made suggestions to make sure this turned out just right. They kept us apprised of days the contractors would be on site and worked around our schedule as needed. They were so easy to work with that we had another bath remodeled as well. I gave my neighbor their info and she worked with them too. They do quality work and are very trustworthy, which can be a problem with some contractors. You won't go wrong using Cornerstone Remodeling!

I recently worked with Ken and Perry on two-bathroom remodels and a kitchen backsplash. This was my first remodel, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them and their team from beginning to end. I absolutely love the work that they did. I could not be happier with everything. They want the client to be happy and I truly am. I actually miss seeing them! From the communication, pricing, helping pick out the materials/products, scheduling, easy access to contacting them, invoicing, etc., it was perfect. This is a first-rate company all the way. They go above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them for any project you may have, no matter how big or small. I will be using them again in the spring for window replacement.

We recently completed an addition with a new bathroom and remodel of an existing bathroom. It was our first experience with a remodel, and from the quote to completion, Perry, Ken and the team made it as comfortable as possible. The quote was by far the most reasonable we received, and we were continually apprised of the plan and the schedule for completion. It was a pleasure having the workers in our home, and they were always mindful of our busy schedules. At the completion of the project, Perry was readily available to discuss and coordinate some fine tuning that left us completely satisfied with the project. We were fortunate to have a friend recommend Cornerstone for our project, we have happily recommended Cornerstone to other friends, and we are in the process of beginning another project with Cornerstone. They are all professionals that take pride in their work, and it shows.

We hired Cornerstone to finish our basement and we couldn't be happier! At first we considered trying to do sections of the project by ourselves to save money, but honestly, I am glad we had them do the whole project. It was worth every penny. All of the guys involved were really great to work with, I might actually miss some of them stopping by! :) I am very particular in general, but they covered every detail and really did a great job of keeping the job site in as much of a clean state as you can, which is difficult to do in project like this. All of the trades they used were terrific-always on time, friendly, courteous, and did excellent work. The communication was great - I always knew what was happening each week and who would be at the house. In addition to the communication, but I was also impressed by the timeline. It was wonderfully orchestrated, some kind of work done each week, and was complete within a reasonable amount of time. And finally the follow-ups were great to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I definitely am! I absolutely would recommend Cornerstone and I would work with them again if we ever need any other remodel!

We just completed a very fun "speakeasy" project with Cornerstone and hands down, this was the BEST experience I have had with a contractor EVER. The design process was great - Perry was so easy to work with and incorporated our ideas into his design. During construction, every single one of the trades was friendly, respectful of our home, and professional with great attention to detail. The end result is spectacular - it is such a fun and beautiful space. Best of all, throughout the entire process from the first phone call to the last meeting - the communication was spot on. I never had to reach out more than one time to get an answer and was never surprised when someone showed up at my home.
