Ken McGrath is by far one of the best at what he does. His skill set encompasses the trades: wood working , plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile, painting, and all others. All done with the expertness he has. He does everything to perfection with great workmanship. He is honest, trustworthy, and great at collaborating to find what is best for the customer and the project. His pricing is fair, his work is on schedule, his communication skills superb, and best of all he is truly a really nice guy. We felt very comfortable with him in our home almost daily for 4 months. Our major fix and redo of our entire home made something to behold with Ken in charge. Thank you Ken for the great results we got.

McGrath Construction recently remodeled our kitchen. Ken was very good at listening to what we wanted and then creating a final design that exceeded our initial expectations. The final product is beautiful and enhances the livability of the entire home. Most importantly, Ken is a man of his word, works hard, keeps a clean work area, meets deadlines. and is ON TIME daily. Ken transformed our house this summer. This was the second major project that he has done for us and once again he delivered. Kitchen remodel, master bath remodel, guest bath remodel, new floors throughout, and even a raised ceiling in the main hallway, Ken and Jared worked long hours to get a big job done as efficiently as possible, and get it done right. Ken listens, and also offers incredibly helpful suggestions if asked. We are very happy with our "new" home, and cannot recommend Ken and his team highly enough.

Ken turned our ideas into reality! Ken did a major master bathroom remodel that turned our 70s original bath into a modern and beautiful room. We are so thrilled with the results and will recommend Ken to anyone who asks. He was respectful, punctual and never made me feel dumb for asking tons of questions. He always had a solution to problems as they arose.

McGrath Construction demolished an entire brick wall of our house along with a fireplace and chimney. Then they installed a new support beam and large picture windows to enhance our view. They also installed slate tile on an adjoining wall along with a new modern raised, glass covered fireplace with remote control capability along with a recessed entertainment center. They cleverly reused the brick to create a new exterior seating and service bench on the deck. They also had to use additional planks to extend the existing dark wood plank floors where the hearth used to be. Ken is an expert at construction and design. His team did a fabulous timely job. They are friendly and have a sense of humor making them very easy to work with. We would definitely seek them out for any future projects.

I have been working on several home improvement projects, and after interviewing several contractors, I hired McGrath Construction to manage the different construction projects for my home. The first effort, completed last year, was to build a new masonry mailbox column to match our existing stonework on our home. Ken worked with us to source out materials which worked perfectly for the column, and perfectly matched our homes stonework . The masonry work performed was nicely done, and it was completed on time and on budget. I'm very happy with it. McGrath is also helping us with new front doors for the home. I know these projects don't match the scale of many of his rebuilds, but he has supported us with a level of service and quality of work which makes me highly recommend him for consideration for your next project.

Ken McGarth was fantastic to work with. Ken and his crew always arrived on time, are 100% trustworthy (had a key to our house), and did a beautiful job with our house. Ken is easy to work with and collaborates well. Ken gave us great ideas for our remodel, and our kitchen, living room, and laundry room turned out beautiful!! Ken is a dependable guy and does good work. The best thing I can say is that we were happy enough with his work on our kitchen and living room that we hired him again a year later for our bathroom.
