Hi! We’re Kelly & Brian. We’re thrilled that you’ve landed here and we look forward to the opportunity to learn more about you and your living radius desires. We are a Vancouver based architecture and interior design studio dedicated to successfully helping home owners go beyond the obvious to create beautiful homes that are the perfect fit for them and their lifestyles. We’re located in Pemberton Heights in North Vancouver (which is a beautifully inspiring neighborhood) and our specialty is custom home design (both new and renovations), as well as condominium renovations. We’re best known for our architectural home designs in North and West Vancouver as well as in Vancouver & the Lower Mainland. We’ve also had the privilege to design homes and cabins all over Western Canada including Whistler, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast, the Kootenays, and Northern BC. At Living Radius we believe that a home is really an extension of the people who inhabit it, inside and out. We absolutely loved working with Brian and Kelly. From our first meeting right up until the installation of finishes, they were very attentive and responsive, and had a sharp eye for detail as well as excellent taste. Ours was a very complex and substantial renovation and I was impressed at how Brian and Kelly made essentially all of our requirements work in a constrained space. Now that we are living in the finished home with our family, we have an even greater appreciation for the design and architectural choices they suggested. The spaces in our home just feel great and have a very functional flow, and this is owing entirely to their foresight and experience. Would recommend Living Radius highly! Mat & Fiona

I cannot imagine having done this renovation without the help of Kelly and Brian at Living Radius. They are very professional and extremely helpful. They have great knowledge of literally everything needed to complete a successful home renovation. They met with us at various suppliers businesses and came out to our home several times to help with making product, space-use and design choices. They also came up with unique solutions to immediate and future problems. The architectural drawings and contractors spec book is like a bible for all different trades working on our project! Again. we could not have done this without you! Thank you!

We have recently completed a kitchen and family room renovation of our condominium, and we are extremely pleased with the end result. We maintained a few elements of the original layout while incorporating significant new millwork and elements. Kelly helped us create an overall design that has significantly increased our kitchen and family room functionality and is receiving rave reviews from visitors. What originally seemed overwhelming to us was seamlessly handled by Kelly and any unexpected issues that arose were addressed in a timely manner and in keeping with the original design. We would definitely recommend them and would certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Working with Kelly and Brian of Living Radius was such a great experience. We came to them with a vision of what we wanted for our home renovation, and they turned into a beautiful design. They are both so professional and knowledgeable that we felt 100% confident during the entire process. The only downside was that the job obviously had to come to an end, thus ending our meetings with them. They are a fantastic team, and we are looking forward to putting their design to work in our home.

My wife and I hired Living Radius to help us design a renovation of our North Vancouver home. We could not be more pleased with the result. Their depth of experience, their professionalism and their friendly approach is remarkable. Kelly and Brian developed a layout that made maximum use of the square footage of our house and made it feel like it is the way it was meant to be. Kelly made the process of choosing fixtures, colours and materials a stress free experience and she organized all of these details into folios that could be referred to throughout the renovation. Just awesome. Brian’s ability to deal with building codes and approvals is incredible. It is a daunting task that he handles with exceptional skill. Both Kelly and Brian produce architectural plans that are clearly detailed and something that builders like to work with. What's more, they always made themselves available during the renovations for consultation and help in solving problems. We love our house and it is because of Kelly and Brian. We wholeheartedly recommend this team and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

Living Radius was referred to us via our contractor. It was the best thing that ever happened to us when building a place. They are extremely professional and personal... kind, friendly, funny and always up for a good laugh. They met with us regularly and kept us in the loop, researched everything and provided options for us AND went thru the drawings and noticed things we nor the contractor had notice or thought of. I highly recommend them as our cabin build was completely stress free for us because of them. I would use them again and have referred them to friends. If you want a stress free build, Living Radius is the answer

We expected that building a house would be very stressful so we were quite apprehensive. Brian and Kelly were so wonderful in helping us to define and refine our dream home with their vast experience, professionalism,insight, patience and sensitivity that we actually enjoyed the experience and would be ready to do it again! We contracted Living Radius for two separate but concurrent family projects and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Kelly and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They listened to our ideas and preferences, offered knowledgeable design advice and proved efficient and thorough in their level of service. We appreciated their timely communication, attention to detail and overall professionalism. Now complete, our renovated home is admired by all that visit and thoroughly appreciated by our busy family of four. Our Island beach retreat is an architectural gem that is always difficult to leave. Living Radius understood the importance of this project and helped us realize our vision. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Kelly and Brian were great. They really listened to what we were looking for in a 'retirement' home and designed a delightful, simple but comfy home that we are still amazed at how much we enjoy after 2 years. We constantly get compliments on the design and feel of the house and also the many clever ideas they incorporated to make it an easy, lovely to live in home. A two storied home easily convertable, if needs be, into single floor living with a helper living in a self- contained apartment upstairs...brilliant! They were always very patient and professional in their dealings with us, the contractor and also the planning department!

We did an extensive renovation to our house- virtually a rebuild and Kelly and Brian were fantastic in designing and guiding us through this complex project. Even though our house is located on Saltspring Island, Kelly and Brian always made themselves available for consultation during the construction period. They are truly professional and we continue to receive many compliments from friends and visitors on our home. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I hired Living Radius to design our home in Vancouver. It was a terrific experience dealing with Brian and Kelly. Their creativity and knowledge of the building codes made the process of designing a pleasure for us. We would give them our ideas and Brian immediately sketched something, by hand, onto trace paper and would fine tune it to fit the layout. They were able to maximize our square footage allowed for our lot size and house layout, which technically was a difficult task...impressive! Kelly is fantastic with all the finishing details, such as roofing material, kitchen design, colouring ideas, siding, electrical/lighting plans and had a wide range of sample materials to view. Great team, friendly, highly recommend. We love our house thanks to Brian and Kelly.
