Kelly Brasch Interiors

Kelly’s design was a critical piece of our renovation. We turned our galley kitchen, dining room and family room into and an open concept space. Initially, we were stumped by several troublespots, and we didn’t agree about the best solution. Kelly’s vision made all the difference! She listened to us, but also helped us to see things we hadn’t thought of. She inspired us to keep and work with our existing floors and fireplace brick, which was a huge savings. Her “as much or as little help as you would like” mojo is the real deal. We took her renderings to our contractor and he took it from there. Knowing that Kelly was available with referrals or to consult on finishes was reassuring. We are thoroughly enjoying our space! I’m grateful we chose to work with Kelly every time I watch TV while cooking at my stove and walk into my massive pantry and swivel in my recliner from watching TV to looking out the window. Kelly’s design services were well worth the money!

Kelly is ABSOLUTELY amazing! From the very beginning Kelly was so knowledgeable,personable and fun to work with. Most designers take over and put your vision on the backburner,Kelly on the other hand did not! She listened to what we had for our vision and made it reality! Our kitchen and master bathroom look AMAZING, we couldn't have done it without her.

We cannot say enough good things about working with Kelly B! I was nervous about using an interior designer-would she understand my vision?; would she work well with me?; would she work within our budget? Yes, Yes and Yes! After doing upgrades on windows, trim, paint and carpet, I was overwhelmed with other improvements that were needed- window treatments and a revamp of living room, dining room. Kelly was great to communicate with, being timely in her correspondence and easy to talk to. She was willing to work within my parameters; will do as much or little as you desire. She is also cognizant of the budget you tell her (even dissuading me from an expensive purchase that she didn't believe would look best--SO glad I listened to her!) Kelly is very knowledgeable, has many great resources and her advice always was so helpful and spot on. My husband and I both enjoyed working with her and love, love, love the improvements in our home. I am sure we will be turning to her for more advice in the future! Thanks, Kelly!!

We love Kelly! She did a great job designing our master bathroom remodel. She is willing to help as much or as little as you need. She is extremely flexible whereas other designers want to control the whole project and sourcing of materials. We really appreciated her flexibility and input on each step of the project. Her design came out amazing and we couldn't be happier with it. Kelly's communication was also excellent and you can always expect a response within a fairly short amount of time. I would highly recommend Kelly for any design projects!

Kelly Brasch is the best!. I knocked down my 70's Ranch and rebuilt it with a 2nd floor dormer. Kelly was an intergral part of that process. She understood my style goal and she kept me focused and on track. She helped me with space planning, furniture placement, finish choices, window coverings etc. She is prompt, professional, fair and best of all FUN. Wrapping up my first project with Kelly Brasch and I don’t feel like I live in the same house! She has transformed our first floor into a beautiful and welcoming space for family and guests. She worked tirelessly to find the right pieces and accessories that matched my vision and my budget. But she had many ideas I never even thought of and it was so fun to watch the space evolve! I highly recommend her services.

Kelly helped us with remodel of our master bath. She was wonderful to work with. She was patient, listened to what we wanted, and came up with a wonderful plan. She was readily available to help us with picking out the materials for our new bathroom, and to answer any questions we had. Our bathroom turned out wonderful! I would recommend Kelly to everyone!

Interior design isn't at the top of my fun list, but I really enjoy working with Kelly. She's very easy to work with and at no time did I feel rushed or pushed off to the side. She took the time to understand my taste and worked with me to help purchase all of the furniture for our new home; quite an accomplishment given that we were moving from a small condo to a fairly large house. She selected pieces that were comfortable and timeless, both of which were very important to me. I especially liked the fact that she did most (okay, just about all) of the leg work and sent me the links so I could make my decisions from the comfort of my own home. What would've taken me well over a year to do on my own was done in just a few short months. And, it was on budget! That was over a year ago and I've already called her back twice to help with changing one guest room into a nursery and the other into my office.

So I seperate from my significant other and find myself a single dad with a house that is trashed. My son and I alone, starting over, and kind of lost. The house is a 90's style that has not been touched since it was built. Blonde oak, beige walls and 20 year old white carpet. I hire a contractor to paint and put in hardwood floors. You think that if you have the money this will be easy. HA! First thing the contractor asks is what kind of floors. I'm ready; hardwood! What stain? Stain? Ummm... hardwood stain? Yes, I never even thought about what stain to have on the floors. Next question was what colors do I want on the walls. That's when I knew I was in trouble. I google search and find Kelly Brasch. Best decision I ever made! Obviously Kelly has done this before. She immediately became the go between and buffer and the only person I had to deal with whenever my contractor had questions. Kelly and I talked for quite a while and then she was off. Knowing the look I was going for she was back the next day with color samples. 1000's of samples for not only the paint, but the flooring too. At first I was overwhelmed but it didn't matter. Within an hour after talking to me about what 'look' I was going after Kelly narrowed my decisions down to something manageable. She was back the next day with 4-5 color samples for each room and some stain choices. What a blessing! After my ten year old son and I picked out what colors we liked, Kelly turned everything into paint and stain codes for my contractor. Even going so far as to check the cans of paint to insure I was getting not only the right color but quality too. She was one tough lady and had no problem dealing with all the different tradesmen that were working in every room of my home. Taking the time to coordinate what room was getting what job while we were still living in the house. Nothing got past her! Just when I thought I was done, Kelly was back with fabric samples for the curtains and bedding. This time I decided not to get overwhelmed and just let her do what she felt was right. All the workers were listening to her so I figured I should too lol. Within days, deliveries were showing up at my door. From the pillows and sheets to some fantastic art for my son's bedroom, she did it all! Every visitor and all my neighbors were wowed. I still can't believe this is the same house that a few months ago was full of blonde oak and beige walls everywhere. I can't thank her enough.

Kelly is creative, talented, and well-versed on all the latest trends (but doesn't push "trendy" when it doesn't fit the situation.) She listens intently to what you want and don't want and if you don't really know, like me, she asks a lot of great questions to help you get there. She was mindful of my functional needs, style, and budget, always giving me 2-3 options that made sense but ultimately giving me the ability to choose. I know I saved money and time by working with Kelly and she made it fun, even when it stressed me out. Working with Kelly is a decision you will be happy you made!

Kelly Brasch is an amazing interior designer whom we trust implicitly and would highly recommend. She has led several projects for us with the most significant being a full redesign of our kitchen which was completed in May of 2019. She asked a lot of questions to ensure she had a full understanding of what we were trying to accomplish and what was most important to us from a design perspective. My husband and I have similar styles but also some differences, so she spent the right amount of time to ensure that her design would meet or exceed both of our expectations. She also shared different concepts with us to stimulate ideas and listened carefully to our feedback. She went with us to select our cabinets, counter tops and back splash and her insights were invaluable to our selection process. She stayed in touch with us throughout the project and was always there to answer questions or provide her feedback on the detail as the installers were doing their work. She provided input into all of the accessory details including the stools for our island, lighting and area rugs to ensure everything flowed together just beautifully. In the end, she designed an absolutely gorgeous kitchen that our family loves! Kelly is also a joy to work with and makes a complex process so easy. Her pricing is so reasonable given the expertise, insights and support that she brings to the project. The other projects that she has done for us include selecting a paint color for our sunroom, designing a family picture wall collage and designing a new set of Christmas decorations for our home. Kelly is absolutely amazing and we will not make any major home renovation decision or design without her by our side!

Kelly's professionalism and enthusiasm are top notch. She is always on time, meets wherever you need her, knows what we like, has great taste, and stays within budget. Kelly can assist with anything for your home. i.e...paint colors, accessories, rugs, cabinet pulls, light fixtures, drapes, countertops, and furniture. I highly recommend Kelly to help you with anything for your home. She is the BEST!!
