Hello to all, I highly recommend Kelli as she is very talented, organised and meticulous. She will meet your budget and criteria s without being pushy. She has very good taste and will put you in touch with all the necessary people/contractors if needed.

My husband and I hired Kelli Richards to design our home office after visiting her website and loving her design philosophy and approach. Kelli and her team were incredibly professional, took the time to get to know us and understand what our needs and preferences were. She designed a stunning custom desk, bookshelves and cabinets that showcased an irregular sized room and gave us so much storage, while keeping with a clean, minimalist aesthetic that we wanted. Kelli and her team knew exactly what we were looking for (before we could articulate it ourselves!), they understood our style and stayed within our budget. Kelli has extensive knowledge, is creative with problem-solving, and goes above and beyond to attend to every detail. For example, our contractor fell ill, which would have meant a big delay for everyone involved; but within hours, Kelli managed to find someone to step in and keep our project on track. She also liaised with the cabinet makers, to make sure everyone was on the same page --this alone did so much for our stress levels! We will definitely work with Kelli and her team again. When I purchased my loft, the entire space included a single light fixture in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Kelli selected lighting fixtures for both bedrooms, the dining area as well as the living room. She also designed custom closets in the entrance as well as in the bedroom. As a bonus she had the contractors expand the master bedroom by 2 feet and repositioned the door to the ensuite. I couldn't imagine living in this condo in its original state, its so much more functional now. Her knowledge and talent for design is unmatched.
