We had good recommendations from other homeowners about Mcdonald Carpet One. McDonalds was great. They provided detailed information about their carpet and offered a large selection of carpet choices at various price points. John in particular welcomed us and let us browse the store without hovering. He addressed our needs and answered all of our questions. Installation staff were on time and done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this business.

From a consultative sales process, to easy convenient installation and excellent follow-up the team at McDonald Carpet One Floor & Home provided exceptional service and quality. Our project was relatively small, replacement of a 15 year old laundry room floor, but we were given the highest quality service. The installation team accidentally scratched the new floor while reinstalling the appliances. They immediately notified us of the issue and quickly replaced the impacted area to make the final project perfect. We will definitely use them for future projects.

This is our THIRD carpet purchase from McDonald Carpet One and their superstar salesperson, April. The process was painless. April knows her stuff and is very professional. She made several house calls and talked me down off my ledge when I was unsure about my color choice. The end result was gorgeous and everything I had wanted (but didn't know I wanted). The installation team was super efficient, and I felt entirely comfortable having the team of four men in my home for two days. They were polite and did an amazing job.

The quality and cleanliness of the installation was above my expectations. They worked around heavy furniture, removed carpet, installed hardwood and the stairs they worked on are beautiful! I have worked with April DeRosier of McDonald Carpet One on my last 2 projects. Each time I was thoroughly impressed with April's knowledge, professionalism, and experience. Carpet One gave me a very competitive price for a great product (both carpeting and stair runners). As an example of their professionalism, April met her installed (Carlos - who was fantastic) on site prior to the installation date just to ensure everything was communicated before hand. I could not be happier.

Bob and his team did a great job! pricing was in line with the quote we got from home Depot. They came in with the best lead time of any company. ordered in one week and installed in the second week. They stuck to the time frame they said, and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them!

I would highly recommend McDonald Carpet One Floor & Home. We recently used them to install hand scraped hickory and new carpet in our new home in Longmont, and to replace the carpet in our old house (now a rental) in Boulder. We worked with April on all of this, and she was beyond fantastic. She knows her stuff about wood and carpet and it really made me feel comfortable with our purchase. We were doing a lot of square footage, so it was a large job and could have been nerve-wracking. I was also impressed with the installers. They worked very hard and were conscientious of neighbors (i.e. stopping loud work on wood floors after 5 pm and working on quieter work with carpet instead). They also came back to fix every little thing to our satisfaction with no complaint. Our floors look fantastic. I was beyond pleased with the outcome.

We remodeled our new Boulder home while living out of state, and April made the process easy and seamless. She worked diligently to price out various room and product scenarios to meet our tight budget. Because we lived out of state, she offered to go to our house on her own to measure rooms and kick off installation. As high maintenance homeowners and remodelers, April could not have been more detailed oriented or reliable. We had complete trust in her and her team. And our new wool carpet is beautiful and installed perfectly!

We are completely satisfied with our new carpet. We spent quite a bit of time researching what kind of carpet we wanted. We then got estimates from five different carpet companies. We worked with April at McDonald Carpet One and selected their company because of the quality of their product and the lifetime warranty on the installation. The customer service support was well done and we appreciated the personal assistance we got from April. We would recommend them and use them again for future flooring needs.

I own a design/ build remodeling company in Boulder, CO and have worked with McDonald Carpet One for several years on multiple projects. They have consistently been a pleasure to work with, and the carpet company that I always go to for my own projects and whom I suggest when asked for a flooring company recommendation. The process usually begins with onsite measurements that are kept on file at their office. Then the client can visit the showroom and make choices and immediately know how each choice will affect the price. They have a huge showroom and are constantly upgrading their product lines to keep up with the latest in flooring technologies. The owner Bob McDonald has been in the flooring business for many years and is very knowledgeable and thorough. He listens carefully and is a great help in the process of quickly narrowing down all of the choices for a particular project. Highly recommended.
