We had a fantastic experience with Cronen Building Co. remodeling our basement. They started by prepping their access area meticulously with floor protection and secure tarping so dust and debris would not spill into our living area. They started right on the day they promised, and finished ahead of schedule. Kelbe is very thorough and mindful when putting together his estimate, every little detail is priced out. Tim and Sarah were a pleasure to have at my house each day, and Kelbe stopped by often to touch base with them and me. They kept the work site spotless...always. I would highly recommend Cronen Building Company. Awesome experience.

We hired Cronen Building Co. to install three new doors in our bedroom area to replace some very cheap hollow core doors. Tim, the carpenter, and Victor, the painter, worked with us to accommodate the completion of this smaller job. We felt very comfortable having both of them in our home. And, they did everything. All we had to do was decide on a door style go online and choose hardware.

The guys were on time and very professional. They cleaned up whatever mess they made and were very patient with me after hanging a cabinet and I decided it was too high and needed to be lowered. They did it without complaint! I would highly recommend them.

I have been a freelance developer for a long time, working from dark and grungy garages, small desks in the corner of bedrooms, coffee shops, cars; pretty much everywhere! So when it finally came time to convert our single car detached garage into a state-of-the-art office/studio, I approached Kelbe from Cronen Building Co. with a vision and began the process of converting the space. It was a long process, but Kelbe walked me through the entire thing and helped me realize my vision while staying within budget and on schedule. His team were always on time, tidy, friendly, and ultimately did some really remarkable work. They also explained things as we went along and made me feel like I was a part of the process. They gave me options and let me decide which direction I wanted to go in. From windows, to lighting, to paint colors, to custom floors - I felt like I was able to get exactly what I wanted, with help when I needed it. I was thrilled with the outcome, and would recommend Cronen Building Co. to anyone who is seeking custom construction or renovation.

Best contractor ever! Cronen Building completely remodeled our beautiful 1925 craftsman house and made it a beautiful update home for our family. They entire staff were great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and truly superb crafts men themselves. They were able to update my home but make it look as if the updates had always been there. Easy to communicate with and when unexpected things happen or are discovered (which happens a lot with a 1925 house) they are there and offer the best, most cost effective work around. They were also great at recommending little tweaks to our design that were insightful and extremely beneficial to the completed project. I never had to worry about schedules or keeping them on task. They are a truly professional operation and are some of the best people to work with in the region. (I don't have any photo's on the computer that I am working off of, but go to the Cronen web page and you'll see what they did for us.)

Kelbe did a full remodel on my condo . They did a fantastic job !!! Communication was excellent and they worked with me because I was overseas when they did it. Craftsmanship is top notch. Bathrooms complete. Wood floors throughout to include stairs. Front door and all new molding. Highly recommend Cronen building Co.

コメント：Love this projectThanks for asking, the wood is Maple and Mineral Oil (Howards Butcher Block Conditioner) was used as the finish. The finish has to be food safe so we don't use stain. Hope that helps
