Atlanta Roofing Group

Keith Bowen came to our HOV community to give us an estimate on replacing a roof on one of our buildings. The cost of the job was $28,740. His invoice at the Atlanta Roofing Group and under that had ARG LLC. Atlanta Roofing Group has been resolved and ARG LLC does not exist with the Secretary of State. His W9 had a PO BOX in Suwanee had was under the name Keith Bowen, LLC. We sent him half of the deposit as promised ($14,370 on July 9, 2018) and every since then he has been making excuses of why the work can't be done. He told us he was starting the permit process but when I checked behind him it was a lie, at that point where he said he was not going to do the job and would give us a refund. He told us he would refund the money within 10 Business days which he did not. The address that he is using for the his company is not correct. 1014 Lansdowne Way Suwanee, GA..
