We used Keith to do a renovation/new home. House was taken down to the foundation. Job was difficult in that we wanted to save foundation and overall footprint and yet have a completely different look. We had another architect for months and wasted a lot of money before we met Keith. From start to finish he was personable, professional and amazing at his job. We could not be happier with the outcome or the process. His architectural abilities are only matched by his easy going demeanour. Highly recommended! Our house is now regular stop for passerby to observe.

We originally decided to work with Keith and his team based on the style of modern homes he previously designed that caught our eye. Keith was excellent to work with and incorporated our ideas into the design nicely. Keith was very helpful in every step of the way and was always there to help answer questions and provide direction and suggestions when we were unsure as my wife and I decided to take on "General Contractor" role. I would work again with Keith and his team in a heartbeat, there was always great thought and creativity applied to the design and at days end we were very happy with the value that Keith and his design team brought to our dream build on the lake.

It was a great experience to work with Keith Baker. He made it fun and was able to easily show us the details of our home in the 3D modelling software. We could do a virtual walk through of our home, on the plot of land and see the sunrise from our deck. What a blast! We would do it all again, anytime. His professional approach is second to none! We recently worked with Keith on the design of a high performance home in the new subdivision of Crumpit Woods in Squamish. The home is a finalist in the 2017 Georgie Awards and scored an EnerGuide rating of 86! Both RDC and our clients were thrilled with the design developed by Keith. He was great to work with; he communicates well and is very professional. We would highly recommend him as a home designer and look forward to future projects with him.

He has a superb sense of design and what works and doesn't. He is a "CAN-DO" kind of person, extremely professional and positive and easy to work with, a great communicator. and He works hard and gets things done!! on time and on budget in my experience. have nothing but great things to say about his work ethic and his talents.
