Kenny Brader, of KB's Hardwood Floors, just completed the flooring for our house and it looks incredible. He was referred to me by owner of the hardwood floor store. Ours was a big project (8,000 sqft) with complex work that included borders, herringbone, and a custom spiral staircase. Kenny's workers were meticulous, clean, courteous, punctual and skilled. He had to manufacture a large landing for the spiral staircase, and was able to provide an exact color match to the rest of the wood. Kenny checked in on our job frequently, despite a long commute, and was able to address any and all concerns that came up. He cares about the quality of his work and it shows. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I used Kenny from KB hardwood flooring twice and the work was excellent and the work crew was the best you could hope for. When I build my next home I will definitely use Kenny for all of the hardwood flooring.

KB did an outstanding job for us. The crew was skilled and worked with precision and always considered our requests. When they left for the day they left everything clean and tidy. Keny made all the requested changes even after the job was started so as to keep us happy. Everybody who comes to our house admires our floor. It looks very nice and the workmanship is first class.

Selection and installation of wood floors for entire remodeled residence (approx. 7,000 sf) other than bathrooms. Listened to our desires. Provided excellent advice and achieved the "look" we wanted. Worked seamlessly with our contractor during the installation process. Crew was very courteous during our remodel. Guests to our house rave over the wood floors. Couldn't be more satisfied!

While Kenny is very busy, it was worth the wait. The attention his crew paid to details made all the difference. We remodeled our home in Laguna Beach and the floors look great. I absolutely recommend KB Flooring. (now, if I could only find a painter )

The team at KB's Hardwood Floors were fantastic! They happily worked within my tight schedule to resurface and clear coat the hardwood floors in my Kitchen, Dining and Family Room of my Long Beach Vacation Rental property. They were quick, highly detailed and cleaned up after themselves like no other vendor I've ever hired. I highly recommend them for your hardwood floor needs.

We were referred to Kenny by a close friend of ours. We needed carpet removed and wood floors installed in four rooms of our home. Kenny and his team were highly professional and responsible with our home throughout the entire process. Their work product is exceptional and we love the custom-made wood registers they produced for us in their shop. Our floors are beautiful and we would definitely use Kenny again.

We have know KB's Hardwood for over a decade and have always liked doing business with them. Recently they finished a custom walnut 3/4 x 5 for a very high end home in Bel Aire. We were very pleased with the results and of course the designer and homeowner were as well. I will use them again for custom finishing.

KB Hardwood Floors did an amazing job replacing and refinsihing our floors. Kenny is the owner and he is professional and efficient. His guys that work for him are friendly, respectful and do a great job. Not only did they do our hardwood floors but helped us get carpet too. Also, he coordinated the installing of reclaimed beams. All the work was done in a timely manner and with great workmanship. I would use them again for another project as well as highly recommmend them to family and friends. Thank you Kenny and guys for takiing such great care of us!

I hired KB Hardwood Floors 10 years ago to install a new floor. They were clean, professional and the floor was beautiful. They helped with the selection of product and I loved the floor. Recently we purchased a home that needed the floors refinished. I immediately looked for KB Hardwood Floors. They came out, their price was more than fair and their workmanship and attention to detail was spectacular. I can recommend KB without hesitation which is not something I do lightly. The Owner, Kenny and his employees are second to none and you will be in good hands with them. They have pride in their workmanship and I won't ever use anyone else.

コメント：Could I buy these floors? What brand and style are these? Gorgeous!It is actually a custom floor. I can ship you a couple of pieces via Fed Ex. It is not a particular brand; it's a custom piece from a lumber yard. I have a friend who specializes in that material.

コメント：Is this hard wood? What is the color?This floor is 3/4" x 6" hand-distressed walnut with a custom stain, we installed in Newport Beach. We are happy with it....turned out great!
