I was looking for Eames chairs and asked some questions in a few places. All of them ignored me except these guys. They're very responsive, informative and courteous. When I made the purchase, the chairs arrived fast and well packaged. The assembly gave me no trouble at all, just as they explained to me. All in all, this is a very good experience for me. I highly recommend these guys for their exceptional customer service.
