She enjoys partnering with local artists and photographers to create authentic spaces that meet the needs of her clients. In addition to drawing from her local roots, Katy finds inspiration from her travels that have taken her around the globe. Her adventures have allowed her to develop a deep appreciation for a variety of cultures and styles that she integrates into her designs.

Katy Dickson has fantastic taste, a great understanding of how to utilize space, is extremely resourceful, very dependable and knows how to either meet or beat a deadline. I wish I had another apartment to sell so I could work with Katy again. Her positive attitude and high energy level set herself apart from all the rest. Choose Katy!

We were Katy's brokers in NYC and given the space limitations in NYC, good design is paramount. The aesthetics of the apartment, decoration and ultimate staging of the property helped us achieve a record price for her apartment in the West Village. We had several offers and ended up selling the property well over the asking price. This is saying a lot since we are the #1 Team Nationwide for 2013 & 2014 and I see luxury apartments constantly but the combination of design, renovations, and furniture choices really maximized the perception of the apartment and helped us achieve the price we ultimately sold for. I had a great experience working with Katy. She helped me incorporate some of my existing pieces with the new to help me stay on budget. She has a great sense of how things will go together and make design flow from room to room. Her style and edgy approach to interior design makes it unique and fun. I would highly recommend Katy for your interior design needs!

Katy has a great eye for design and putting different patterns, textures and colors together to create a beautiful look. She brings an energy with her that gives your project a different flair & a non-cookie cutter look. I have seen & loved several of her design projects and she assisted me with a staging project for a listing, which helped sell the home in record time!

I really enjoyed working with Katy on a landscape remodel. She hired me and my company to design and install the landscaping for a home she was working on. She was fun to work with, respectful of everyone on our team and together we created a beautiful environment that was fitting of the home. I recommend her highly. Her interior work on the home was exquisite - refined but also relaxed and comfortable.
