Kathryn interiors puts the “CLASS” in the term “Class Act”. I have hired Kathryn Interiors several times to do work on my many properties, both personal and business related properties. It is a testament to their professionalism and attention to detail that I keep coming back to them each time. Whether it is for a full scale renovation on one of my investment properties, my home or a basic face lift to a property. Kathryn of Kathryn Interiors never fails to come through for me with levels of creativity and quality work. Kathryn listens well and has an uncanny ability to create out of your requests, an outcome that even you didn’t expect or know was possible. On this occasion, I had a property that was in need of a facelift, Kathryn focused on the main room and the kitchen. The resulting effect left the property looking brand new. With tiled floors, stylish base boards, granite tops, simple but elegant lighting fixtures, stylish cupboard and wall units as well as lovely appliances which complimented the space. Kathryn then went through the final result with a detailed punch list, fixing and improving along the way on aesthetics I didn’t even concern myself with. I can’t say enough about this design firm’s quality and creative work and Kathryn’s commitment to ensuring a great outcome and her client’s happiness.

Working with Kathryn Interiors was such a dream! She is very Professional and has great taste in design. I worked with her to create beautiful interior images of a beach condo she designed . From the beginning she was very hands on and offered any help needed . She was very easy to work with and our project was a major success. I hope to work with Kathryn Interiors again in the future.

Kathryn and her team did a renovation of my breakfast room family room, as well as updating the decor in the living room and bedrooms. . The transformation has been amazing and i could not be happier. She took my home from builder drab to fabulous. She communicated her vision in her presentation complete with 3-D images and walk through videos. My husband and I were impressed with the detail of her presentation and even more so with the final result. Even more impressive was the way they managed the project and dealt with the the hiccups along the way. Between Kathryn and Peter they handled everything and explained the process and reasons for any changes. I love my home I feel that I have a new house without having moved. PERFECTION! Kathryn Interiors did a superb job on our kitchen. Kathryn and her amazing team tackled one curve ball after another. From the first meeting, to the final touches, Kathryn made us feel comfortable and at ease. Her team was professional reliable and respectful. Kathryn Interiors worked swiftly to redesign our very outdated kitchen. But back to the curveballs....from removing walls, building new walls, raising ceilings, electrical wiring, plumbing.... Kathryn and her team gave us the kitchen of our dreams! Aside from the impossible technical renovations, Kathryn blew us away with her impeccable detail to color. Her creative work is like no other. It is so rewarding to hear the countless compliments on our beautiful kitchen. WITHOUT A DOUBT, I HIGHLY RECOMEND KATHRYN INTERIORS FOR YOUR NEXT PROJECT!

I paid over $400 for Kathryn to come to my house for a consultation. She was very cordial as was her husband. But the positives stop there. I asked her for a consultation to give me ideas of what to do with the decor through my home; including walls, colors, furniture, etc... As per her website, "Following our consultation we send you detailed follow up notes, outlining all the suggestions and ideas, we discussed which can act as your ‘to-do’ list." I got absolutely none of that. While she was at my home I started to take notes as she spoke and she assured me I would get everything I needed from her. But, then she didn't seem to be making many notes herself, which should have been a red flag. I was told I would get the report and that she would even do a 3D version of my kitchen remodel the following week. That's not even what she was there to do. And the drawings and remodel had already been done. What I got was the basic of most basic "3D" file, which did not say or do anything more than what had already been drawn out and planned. And it was not 1 week, but more like 5 or 6 weeks. And that was only after I finally said I thought I was being ignored, which did not sit well with her husband. Very soon after that correspondence, I received a basic rendering of my kitchen remodel, again not what I asked her for and I received absolutely no notes whatsoever. I think they let my project sit for too long and she simply forgot anything that was discussed. I also think her husband was offended when I said I felt like I was being put on a back burner. $400+ for that? Insane. I did research, but I guess it's a guessing game what you will find on the internet. I held off on this review to see if they would ultimately come through, but nothing. Beyond disappointed.

I highly recommend Kathryn interiors for your designing needs. She is absolutely AMAZING!! I saw her work on Houzz and I gave her a try. She has a magnetic personality and is very professional. I live in Pinecrest, FL and she met with my husband and I. We needed her help in the family room, dining room, and master bedroom. She exceeded our expectations and most importantly she sticks to her deadlines. Her presentation was very orderly and it came with a lot of detail. I am not one to ever recommend too many people but Kathryn blew me away with her personality and her level of knowledge about design.

In January 2015 we selected Kathryn Interiors, Inc. to manage our kitchen re-design project after consulting with several other designers. From the initial contact we realized that Kathryn and Peter stood out from the rest. They were professional, gentle in their mannerisms, polite and caring. They took the time to get to know us; our color preferences, our style, our lifestyle, our budget, and our goals. We were impressed with their processes and their knowledge. They quickly earned our trust and respect. Their suggestions were on target----- The re-design was comprehensive. It included demolition of our old kitchen, extension of the counter-top, incorporation of a bar, shaker style cabinets, porcelain floor, and modern light fixtures to name a few features. Kathryn and Peter paid close attention to the details. Their interactions with contractors and with us left nothing to be desired. Most impressive was their communication and responses to us. At completion of the kitchen re-design it was difficult to let these professionals go. We engaged them for other areas of our home that needed updating. Dear Kathryn, The kitchen design and plan services that you and Peter provided us were extraordinary. As you know, intermittently over a few years Beth and I have been looking at a myriad of kitchen designs in magazines, window shopping appliances, cabinets, and backsplashes, etc. The more we looked, the more overwhelming the process became. We were very concerned about our budget and adding the extra cost of a designer and also finding a designer to find our vision. We reluctantly determined that we were never going to be able to make the decisions necessary for the complete remodel and decided to talk to a professional designer. I have done more than 1 project with Kathryn Interiors, they have always been reliable, honest, extremely professional and collaborative to say the least. They were there every step of the project, which assured a great result, and whenever they needed to collaborate with other contractors, they were good team player. The scope of the works was focused in the window treatment area/decor, I'm sure they attend every branch of the business with the same personal attention and professionalism.

We are busy professionals but knew nothing about interior designers or how they worked. We were very nervous going into this project, but Kathryn and her team put us at ease at the very first visit. She listened to our goals and gave us excellent professional advice about everything from floors to walls to window coverings to furniture to placement. This was a top to bottom project and required a great deal of Kathryn and her team's time and energy and she was here for every piece of the project. She educated us on how to put things together and how to create "space". She lined up the vendors for plumbing, for electrical, for walls, for paint - she covered all of the details. My husband and I began collaborating with Kathryn on our recent project of transforming the downstairs of our townhouse. She gets to know the "real you" and provides a complete package with floor plans, elevations, schedules, material boards, you name it. She does an amazing job teaching color concepts and how they relate to you and to each other. Kathryn Interiors just finished renovating my guest bedroom. They made the process so easy and the results are spectacular. I was in a rush with company (In-laws) arriving at the end of the month Kathryn and her crew were able to complete the project with time to spare. I received Kathryn's name from a colleague of mine who told me to try her. Kathryn met with me and mapped out exactly what could be done in the time frame and then did it. She suggested a couple of changes to enable us to finish the project on time which i think are even better than my original ideas. I am so pleased with Kathryn and her team.

Kathryn Interiors redesigned and rennovated my home office. An interview was conducted with me to determine my likes and dislikes and personality. The mood I wished to have created in the newly rennovated office was discussed and a colour and personality analysis were also conducted. Also discussed was the budget i had for having the job done. From this, Kathryn Interiors developed a series of boards and outlines with the many designs that were recommended. A presentation of the boards was made to me. The presentation included the various designs, colors, materials, textures and the like and from these presentations and discussions we concluded on the approach which would be taken. A down payment was made and the project was initiated. All along the way, I was informed of any delays and or changes due to availability of materials. Also, as options became available which would lower my cost, Kathryn Interiors made sure to raise those possibilities with me and discuss them. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend Kathryn Interiors. This review is based on my most recent experience with Kathryn interiors. I have had Kathryn Interiors also totally rennovate a beach condo I own as well as a family room and kitchen nook. Their expertise include layout, design, colour , lighting, design and a host of other related skills in rennovating or upgrading any space. I'm extremely satisfied with all the work that has ever been done for me by Kathryn Interiors and will be hiring them again on other rennovations and interior decoration upgrades I'm seeking to have done. Phenomenal service & first rate work! Simple a pleasure to do work with them. In renovating my home they did everything humanly possible to not inconvenience me and my family. Professional, punctual, and courteous; they know their stuff! Not to mention my place looks amazing!!!!
