They worked diligently to make sure that any and all issues that needed to be resolved before closing were taken care of. That included hours of their coordination and communication with our buyers. Kathcon always oversaw our renovation of our new home. They set up referrals with the very best flooring and painting companies. Kathcon helped us design and build our house from the ground up. The construction took approx. 15 months to complete. A project this big has many moving parts - they coordinated all of them. They hired professional craftsmen for all facets of the build. As a result, the house is very well constructed. We have not had any build related issues since we moved in (3 yrs ago). With a project this big there is likely going to be some 'unplanned challenges' surface. Kathcon addressed every one in a professional manner and was in constant communication with us. This is one of the most important parts that i think really sets them apart. If we ever build another house, it will be with Kathcon.
