We recently completed a project with Kass & Associates and were blown away with their attention to detail and patience with the pace of the project. This was a new construction high rise in the middle of Philadelphia and the build out was not an easy one. They completed everything in a timely manner and were always open to suggestions and ideas. We would love to work with Kass & Associates again and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Kass & Assoc designed and managed the complete renovation of our pre-war co-op, taking it from standard to extraordinary. With this architecture firm, it is all about team work--owner, architect, designer and builder conceive, confer and create together so that the process as well as the result is intentional and successful. Spence and Laura Kass and their team are meticulous: every detail is addressed up front so there were "no" surprises, and no delays in the construction. Their approach is quiet and owner-centric; thorough, thoughtful, and classy. I would absolutely work again with Kass & Assoc , and I recommend them without reservation.

We recently completed a major center city interior with Kass Associates and discovered that working with Spence, Laura, Michelle and staff was exciting, professional and thoroughly detailed. We appreciated their attention to details in the millwork we drew, which enhanced the results. As a professional cabinetmaker and furniture builder, I have had the good fortune of working with Spence and Laura Kass for about 20 years. We have shared many new construction and renovation projects. One recurring theme always stands out: the attention to detail and the uncompromising attitude of getting it right. Woodworking wise, there is no other architect that knows his stuff better than Spence and company. When I submit drawings for approval, I know that they are reviewed thoroughly and that the entire team is on the same page. The Kass & Associates’ team are all committed to doing a great job. I consider all of them to be professional and great friends as well.

Our firm worked with Spence and his staff on a project in Philadelphia, integrating smart home technology and an entertainment system into a high end residential project that they designed from scratch. Spence, Laura, and Michelle were terrific partners on the project, helping us implement technology in a fashion that complemented the design. They designed a beautiful space, and were terrific to work with. A great experience ...

Spence and his crew have taught me what it means to be a full service Architectural firm. When Spence Kass takes on a project I know we will have to bring our A game to satisfy his group and clients. Whether the client is doing a special Condo in Center City or refurbishing a 150 year home on the Main Line, Spence and his group are well equipped to implement whatever is necessary to make the project a success. Although Spence runs a tight business, there is a distinctive family atmosphere at his office whenever we meet to discuss various projects.
