This will be the first of a few ratings. Hired Karoleena recently to build a small, cool, prefab modular home for me and bring it to one of the Gulf Islands in BC. Received great attention and responsiveness from one of the owners when they were left without a salesperson; Kurt was fantastic and the tradespeople I'm hiring to put services on the property thought highly of his knowledge during his visit. Am now just starting to work with the project management team, design team next. The project tracking system is thorough and informative, and they've scheduled a weekly update phone call. We expect to start building in January, In the meantime, they are busy with my building permit application. I am looking forward to working with the full team and seeing my little modernist darling take shape. The Waskesiu plan. Love their aesthetic. Saw their quality in the PNE Prize Home and was hooked. Will keep you posted.
