Karen Otis designed our modern style home in Huntington Beach. She created a beautiful modern home showing off concrete floors and structural steel beams and staircase. She designed our complete home, from modern elevation to inside kitchen, baths, rooms and an outdoor space that extends from our living room through bi-fold doors. We are very happy with our home thanks to Karen Otis.

Karen Otis is incredibly talented and an absolute pleasure to work with. Karen helped us to fix up our mid-century house into a beautiful modern home, following the same lines and integrity of the original home. The home turned out beautiful and we are going to hire Karen for our next project and can't wait to see what magic she creates next for us!

We hired Otis Architecture before we moved across the country from the east coast to California. Karen from Otis Architecture coordinated the installation of our hardwood floors, carpet and paint while we still lived on the east coast. Design isn't my thing - but with Karen aboard, I had no worries. She took care of all of the little things that I didn't have time to deal with. The results were AMAZING and we hired Otis Architecture again after we moved into our home, this time to remodel our kitchen. Again, we had a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Otis Architecture. Karen has that rare gift of figuring out exactly what you want and then implementing great design. We found her to be professional, personable, very accessible and totally on top of things at all times.

Karen was a blast to work with and our home is spectacular. We did a complete remodel. Karen's expertise helped us transform an outdated, poorly designed remodeled home from the 1950's into a beautiful modern home with a warm palette and an open plan. We had a list of unusual specific requests using non-traditional materials. We worked together to come up with a unique one of a kind masterpiece. Karen's attention to detail is evident with specifications down to the finest details. She thought of everything and it shows.

I'm a single professional that just purchased a new home in Seal Beach, CA and needed to furnish and decorate it from scratch. I did not have the time, or interest in decorating myself so I received a recommendation from a highly respected builder in town to contact Karen Otis for her decorating services. From the start Karen was extremely professional, timely, and creative with her decorating ideas and services. I explained what I was looking for in my new home and Karen absolutely nailed the look I wanted. She picked out all hard wood flooring, carpeting, wall and ceiling paint colors, furniture and accessories and created the exact look I wanted for casual beach living here in Seal Beach. i am a general contractor working in the small beach communities in and around seal beach, california. karen otis and myself have been working together closely for about six years now. i was looking for someone to sort of partner with for a couple of years when i met karen. i was surprised when i found out she had all the qualities and credentials of someone i set the criteria for. in addition she delivers constantly. we have completed many stunning projects together, and continue to refine our system. best of all, we have a growing list of happy clients that refer us to potential clients, in a profession where alot of unhappy situations can and do occur. george james fullerton artisan building contractors seal beach, california.

Karen Otis is a great designer/architect and great to work with. She provides superior client satisfaction and is always on the cutting edge. We work hand - in- hand together on projects in our tile showroom and its always a pleasure to work with her as she is extremely knowledgeable and professional with great design ideas. . She is indeed a professional that I would very highly recommend for any project.

Karen designed a state of the art Tuscan waterfront villa for me in Huntington Harbour. She was a joy to work with, paid great attention to detail (and cost) and I would not hesitate to use her firm again under similar circumstances.

Karen Otis provided both architectural and interior design services for our custom built residence. She developed the design from a simple concept "create a contemporary home with a open Hawaii feel". Her attention to detail, blending colors, use of various textures and woods resulted in an elegant yet functional living space. The openness design and pocket doors on both the front and back of the home provides that feeling without losing the comfort of being indoors. She also designed features and flow that permit major indoor/outdoor entertainment with ease of movement. I would highly recommend her services without reservation.

Karen Otis is in our opinion one of the best architect/designers in her field. Her knowledge, professionalism is beyond anything we could have asked for. Karen designed, hired the sub-contractors and held weekly meetings for a large home remodel. There isn't one person that walks into our home and does not comment on the beauty and functionality of our home. Karen was hands on and available when any problems arose. She helped picked everything from paint colors to door handles and everything in between. There is no other architect we would consider hiring except Karen Otis.

コメント：please tell us what company made the glass railing and price rangeCould you tell me who did the glass standoff system for rail and did they have engineering? We have a similar rail in one of our custom homes, but are having a hard time with structural approval.
