Closets by Karen

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our Closets by Karen experience!!! The owner Karen came out to our home to measure and gave us great ideas on how to lay out the space for the most usable storage. She really listened to what our needs were, so the end result was better than we could have imagined. Everything was so smoothly done along the way. Drawing sent as promised (with a few options for us to select), order placed promptly and closets installed by the promise date. We picked a cool new finish color and the closets are just perfect! We even have some extra room to grow into.

I searched in Houzz for Closet professionals to redo 4 closets in my house; I kept coming back to Closets by Karen and looking at her work. I reached out to her at the end of April and received a response within 24 hours. Karen was amazing as she offered to come to my house within a few days of us making contact to measure and discuss my needs. Within in the next week, Karen sent me the designs and costs for my closets - I had multiple options for each closet. I provide Karen my preference of designs and she recommended I come to her showroom to see the different wood finishes and other add-ons I could use. At the showroom, Karen has different closet setups as well has all the wood and fixture finishes, l which i felt like a kid in a candy store! By the time I left, I picked out exactly what I wanted and was excited for the install. My closets were installed at the end of May and they turned out even better than in the designs. I am so happy with them. Karen was always responsive and knowledgable to answer all my questions. I would use Closets by Karen again in my next home!!! THANK YOU!

Awesome on all levels! Price and quality. I did my research and so happy I found them. This is my 12th home I have lived in and I wish I found them sooner.

Can't say enough about our experience with Karen! We were so happy with our first experience of custom family room entertainment cabinets, that we we were excited to have them come up with a Murphy bed solution in a multipurpose room for our guests and our family. Karen took the time to listen to our request, she understood our needs and came up with a creative solution for the space. She educated us along the way so our space would .....not only be comfortable for guest, but that it would be functional with storage too!

My kids had the huge new closets of our house addition. However, without organizers, all that space was wasted! Karen was able to give us two layers to hang (little kid) clothing, PLUS drawers so we didn't have to add bureaus to room (read: no falling bureau worries!) And with the modular design, I know I can go back later to make room for longer lengths without having to redo it all.

It was great working with Closets by Karen. The design process was very easy after a short consultation. The work was done quickly and was high-quality. We love our closets.

I had a wonderful experience with Closets by Karen! I have used them twice for two different closets and am 100% happy with both! The quality is phenomenal and Karen was so easy to work with. She was able to maximize the space we had and gave great ideas of how to best use the space to maximize storage...I would use them again and again and would definitely refer to anyone in need of a high end custom closet.

I had Karen do 4 closets in my old house (all at separate times) and 5 closets all at once when we moved into a new home recently. I was very happy with all of the results and also the quick timing and quality of the finished product as well. It makes such a huge difference in maximizing space to have your closets customized!

Karen was great --- always willing to go the extra mile for me. She gave great advice and expertly helped me plan where each item in my closet should go. Measurements were spot on. The closet turned out beautifully and I LOVE it! She was also reasonably priced - a bonus!
