Coastal Stage and Rearrange did a beautiful job of bringing "life" into a very large vacant home overlooking the water. Karen chose furniture that was perfect for this house and in fact the new buyers wanted to purchase the furniture she had staged. I consulted with Karen and told my sellers how impressed I was with her ideas and her professionalism. My sellers were extremely pleased with her choices and they too wanted to buy her furniture and use it themselves if their home did not sell. Everything was clean and show-room quality. The move-in and move-out was very well organized and the house was left in immaculate condition following the move out.

I cannot recommend or rate Coastal Stage and Rearrange highly enough. Karen Thompson, owner, has talent for interior design that goes well beyond the basic decorating and furniture placement. When she stages a home for sale not only does it sell quicker and usually for more money it simply sets the stage (pun intended) for outstanding photographs. Karen's services and talent don't end when a home sells. She has worked with many buyers after moving into their new home with interior design recommendations and assistance. Karen did a fabulous job in rearranging my formal living space to accommodate the corner fireplace. The flow and layout for the room is amazing after she made changes it looks much bigger and more polished and finished. Karen was also able to help me hang several piece of art work I was not sure were to place. I could not be mor happy and pleased with what she did for me. She definitely brought that polished finished look to the house I was lacking. She was so easy to work with and I can say if you are looking for a complete redo or just the designer touch call Karen.

From the first moment I met Karen Thompson, I liked her. Her suggestions, even as she entered the front door, were meaningful and appropriate. She never tried to have us spend extra money and offered good ideas to get our home ready to sell. I am handicapped and both my husband and I are seniors so we were afraid this would be very difficult for us. It was not. I wish I could bring her with us as we move to our new home.

I interviewed (3) designers recommended by Houzz for this area,. I hired Karen help me re-imagine a 1989 villa that sorely needed updating. I consulted with her on everything from wall colors, floor tile selection and lighting. Her advice turned a dowdy looking residence into a space that neighbors are constantly commenting on (positively) as the property comes together. Her familiarity with the furniture houses in Highpoint proved to be invaluable. I would have wandered around for days without having accomplished much had it not been for her advance preparation. Spent a day and a half selecting furniture for LR, DR Sunroom & bedroom. I have been very happy with the way everything worked to create a beautiful space . I would consider hiring Karen for new project advice as well as staging a house for sale. Excellent!

When I first used Karen to stage our house for resale I had my doubts whether it was worth it. After she made her suggestions and we implemented them our house looked so mush better. I feel that the staging is the reason our house sold the first day on the market. After we moved into our new home, we were having trouble placing our furniture, Karen came over to our new house and helped us rearrange the furniture. Now I feel like I live in a model home.
