I bought so many E-Series doors and windows. The mirror gallery in Austin, TX sales man recommended a contractor who does a poor quality job framing windows and doors causing many of my doors and windows to leak. The glue behind the door panel is showing around the corners. The material between the double glass windows is forming an obvious curved shape. I only installed all the windows and doors in 2015. Four out of the six doors I ordered don't even lock properly. Two of these four doors have faulty locking system, I had to bring heavy boxes such as tile boxes to close the door. I was trying my best to avoid contacting MGI because of the way how things ended, not to mention the threat I received later from an MGI employee acting on behalf of that contractor. I hired different people to fix many of the problems. I still have one door that doesn't lock every once in a while. Now when I claimed warranty because I'm still within two years period, you drag your feet and put me on a schedule to wait another week? Do you even understand the safety hazard you are creating with your faulty locking system? do you understand what criminal negligence means? I explained all this to the person who handle scheduling, yet I'm still not on schedule!!! MGI, you should take responsibility and handle such matters accordingly. So with all the damage that you caused, you don't feel an atom of responsibility to mend your mistakes? I broke my back moving boxes around every time I want to use that door because the latches to the frame don't work. I had nights where the doors crack open with every blow of wind and I paid a hefty amount of money for these doors and windows, hoping I won't face daily problems like the ones I'm facing now. Unfortunately now I will have to face Anderson Corp. about the awful warranty service you provide and I have a good legal claim against you so far.
Chasing your warranty is proven to be a real headache.
